I have done each river raid countless times in order to obtain all of the Saint George gear set. While river exe and river dee worked perfectly fine and I have all the gear besides the trousers, river severn has made it impossible to get them. I was able to get the bracers easily though I am not able to get the trousers even though I have done each raid on Severn countless times, all military locations, and the regular ones too. Any way to fix this, or be able to receive the Saint George trousers? -
Did you loot every big chest in the locations you raided before you had to leave when your ship couldn't hold anymore, AND did you go back to the same river for the next raid? If you failed to do either the gear part might have been randomly moved to a different military camp in the meantime.

I'm having the same problem but with the helm I found all other pieces just fine and easy but iv searched utube Google everything I know were it's supposed to be but no matter how many times I do the raids on river dee the helm never spawns and I can't open river erff so I can get lughs staff. If u find a solution please let me know -

Sorry to hear you're having problems with finding the trousers. Just to recap: the set pieces can spawn randomly inside big chests in large military camps. The list is as follows:
River Exe Raids -- Saint George’s Cape
- Saint George’s Trousers
River Severn Raids -- Saint George’s Bracers
- Saint George’s Tower Shield
River Dee Raids -- Saint George’s Helm
- Saint George’s Armor
- Saint George’s Holy Sword – for defeating the Champion
Please try completing River Exe raid multiple times and checking all possible locations - you should be able to eventually find the missing gear there.
