This should be considered cheating Because it is giving a unfair advantage to the user with easier recoil control and faster strafe movements it is in all ranks of the game and it shouldn’t be aloud. It ruins the game for everyone else that isn’t spending the money to use mnk on console

@Majinrex3262 It's already been declared as cheating by Ubisoft themselves, but there's nothing that Ubisoft can do about it because of Sony and Microsoft, because if Ubisoft decides to ban the Xim Apex MnK cheaters on console, then they'd get sued by Microsoft and Sony because PlayStation and Xbox allow for the use of MnK on their console, hence why games like COD have MnK support on console. MnK on Siege is problem that unfortunately Ubisoft cannot handle unless they get permission from Sony and Microsoft to ban Xim cheaters, or, unless they add MnK support and allow native MnK usage to the game and set match making for controller vs controller and MnK vs MnK and allow players to decide if they want to play against MnK or not. Doing this would give legal room for Ubisoft to ban players that continue to use a Xim to get into controller only lobbies/games without needing the permission from Microsoft and Sony to ban Xim cheaters on console

@HadesOrso9288_ arguing that they *can't* vs they *won't* get permission from Sony and Microsoft to ban them, ubisoft is a multi billion dollar company and a big player in games and most definitely the fact that they participate in playstation and Microsoft earnings both of them will and could take actions, I think they can get the permission but they're, let's say, focused on other matters... (earning as much money by adding more elites, battle passes, more purchasable content, etc.) also they say they've been focused on community feedback. I guess that's only on bugs, because pc is full of hackers, and consoles are full of cheaters, only if there was a way of taking a step forward

@xelapares as I said, they can't ban Xim unless they have permission from Microsoft and Sony, and said companies won't allow that because they have MnK support on their platforms, like I said, the only way to ban Xim on console for Siege is to allow native MnK support

@HadesOrso9288_ you’re completely wrong. First off there’s no way for Ubisoft to ban xim unless they sue the company that makes them or create a software or department to track possible xim users. On top of xim there’s a few other devices that can be used as an emulator to allow for mnk. No one would have the right to Sue Ubisoft for banning xim. Xim and mnk are two different things. Yes Microsoft and Sony allow for native mnk usage, but it’s only on compatible games most of which are either crossplay or owned by Microsoft or Sony. Xim is also not mnk, it’s a 3rd party device that is an emulator. You would never need an emulator unless you’re trying to con the game and use a device that otherwise shouldn’t be allowed. Ubisoft owns R6 and can ban whatever they want and allow whatever they want. No one can sue them or do a thing about it. R6 does not allow for mnk on console, therefore using xim or chronus is cheating and most definitely an offense.

@Air_Viper and yet you fail to understand that even Ubisoft has come out and said they cannot legally ban Xim players because Sony and Microsoft allow MnK on their platforms, and Ubisoft would get sued for banning players for using a device that has full support on console platforms. This kind of thing happened to other game companies for other games as literally they were banning players that were using Xim on console back before the game had support for native MnK, and then Microsoft and Sony were about to sue those game companies for banning MnK on their platforms and then those companies avoided being sued by allowing Native MnK onto their platform, which then gave them legal room to continue to ban Xim players, so no I'm not wrong about what I said, don't know where you're getting your information from at all since Ubisoft have come out and openly stated multiple times that they cannot ban Xim players legally. And regardless of the game belonging to Ubisoft, they still have to pay Microsoft and Sony in order to have their games on their platforms, meaning the money made on R6 is split between Ubisoft and Microsoft and Sony, and as long as their games are on Xbox and PlayStation, Ubisoft has to respect their partnership with Microsoft and Sony, so if they support MnK on their platforms regardless of the fact that it is classified as cheating by Ubisoft, because if they disrespect that fact, they can get sued and possibly lose partnerships with said companies and possibly never get to release another game on their platform.


On top of that you're only lvl 10 according to R6 Tracker and according to Ubisoft your highest is lvl 29, so what would you know about MnK on console, chances are that you went against Plat players and immediately accused them of MnK.

@Air_Viper And apparently you must not be able to comprehend what you read because Xim Apex is the more effective way to use MnK on Siege hence why I said Xim Apex MnK, since Cronus has issues with completely registering MnK and working as an emulator since it has issues with desync, and the only device that has less desync issues with a Cronus are controllers, hence why they're used as recoil macros on console since they have programs that decrease recoil also considering that Cronus' are designed around controllers. And Xim Apex's have no desync issues with MnK as literally the programming for Xim Apex's are designed around MnK, so again your points are flawed.
