Hi All. Sergeant Daniels is eliminated but I have no second key! The game opened main mission for rescue president Ellis in bank headquaters.Its done. Do you have any idea whats happened? its bug or what? Is there same issue for somebody like me? Thanks for your help.

@oatiecrumble I play on pc and I did it solo and still nothing I don’t want to restart the manhunt either

On console i have found that when grouping up only one out of the group gets the key, the rest get nothing.

I just go solo, works a treat.

Oh no. Shouldn't 15.1 have fixed this issue? Haven't played since the patch dropped, now I'll most probably do the manhunt alone. Just to be on the save side.

Maybe 15.1 fixed it i'm not sure but i took the safe route and done it solo and all was fine, my son and his friend grouped up and my son got the key but his friend didn't so i presume it's still bugged or just unlucky.

One thing i did find with the first manhunt was that when i tried to hand in the key nothing happened, next day i logged in and went to the person and it worked....

you have to complete the second manhunt, then go to base of operations in basement we’re kelso is located, then give her the key, there is a bug where she doesn’t appear, just log out and come back in again and go to kelso

@tyranmedic I killed second target in group and still got no key and that bounty is no longer available so no way to try to get second key again. Logged in and out several times

@ubi-theberry Hi & thank you for taking interest. I have found that after the 2nd Manhunt and acquiring the 2nd key to wait 1 hour or 2 before entering the Whitehouse at all (for any reason) disregard the prompt to go in. After 1 and a half hours I went in and was able to complete the 2nd key mission, and like after the 1st key was immediately prompted for the next mission. (This was completely by happenstance as I was standing outside of Whitehouse chatting with clan mates about all experiences members were having at that moment going in attempting to complete the mission). We broke up the group so all were on their maps, each went did something else in game solo, then entered Whitehouse and all completed the mission. Why it worked this way, best guess is an unseen or background server que for content generation.

reset manhunt, dot even ddo the 2nd target,

do the 2nd target 1st, CPs, Bounty, then bounty mission..

do not go to kelso.
exit game (PC or Console)

shut down and or restart your PC/ and or game console.

load up ubisoft connect / console Division 2
start game.(PC)

load into your agent

slowly walk t kelso and get the 1st Decryption Key Audio log..../collectable..


if you get it ? GOOD!!


Repeet sam for the 1st target.....

once you complete the mission.... reset PC/Console

Load ubiconnect / Console

Start Division 2 (Pc/console

do the same, walk to kelso do not touch anything, sit for a sec, then talk to kelso


this is why we need PTS testing, even with the Story/Seasonal stufff. Manhunts

if dont want lore getting data mined, have blank/ or place holder/redacted audio logs/collectables. audio clip ( This clip is place holder) in audio no real recording in game yet but has same identifier to the games file? in PTS (even data miners cant get the details of teh story lore etc...

Im having the same issue but with the 3rd key. it shows there is side mission and it requires a 3rd fay's key. Any advise?

@charliefilpo79 It´s a bug, the same issue here. I´ve finished the second manhunt, but I did not get the second key:

I killed the 1st target and as I did not get any key I repeated the 1st man hunt again, as suggested but again without result. It was further suggested that after the 2nd manhunt I would be resolved but did now the 2nd without key again after doing the special mission. What kind of quality development is this?

right, did both manhunts 2 times and got no key either apparently …

I tried to open a ticket saying..


and attached these 4 screenshots..

when realized that actually you don't currently any channels open for me to get support with it.. what a shambles you are..

@ubi-mushy Same for me.. no second key.. tried to open a ticket, that function is disabled, saying only live chat is available. And then live chat is also disabled.. tried to open a new post for my issue here, also under review, now appearing.. you are a joke..
Honestly I don't even bother what if I don't have the second key..

I replayed but had the same issue, restarted the game and now saying 3rd key missing (0/1 key), showing still unsolved side mission White House on map. Not sure if this is intended that way. On manhunt map I can see that both manhunts are done.
