Locked Unsolved Phone number not respecting security standards

It won't let me use my phone number for this account, it says it doesn't respect something. Please may I get help with it? The live chat is unavailable, so I don't know where to get help other than here.

@Blu_Ballz I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues linking a phone number to your Ubisoft account. Please check our support article here for more information about problems connecting a phone number to your account. The only other option I can recommend is enabling two-step authentication using your email account.

@ubi-smash I have looked at the other options but I want to use a phone number and whatever phone number I choose to use it never works. Could you open a support ticket for me please? Its been offered to almost everyone else whos made a post on here for help with this similar problem.
