- I can't run far cry 3 becouse it says: "there was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product"

I am sorry to hear you can not access your game due to "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product" error message.
This error message appears when you are logged into the wrong Ubisoft account while launching your game through Steam.
To access your game:
• Select your account username in the top-right corner of Ubisoft Connect PC.
• Choose Log out.
• Enter the login details of the account your game is activated on.
• Try launching your game again through Steam.
If you are unsure which Ubisoft account your game is activated on please get in touch, attaching the following information to your case:
Ubisoft Connect PC logfiles
Steam proof of purchase
A screenshot of the game's activation key (if applicable).
