Avenge quests more common again

I noted a couple of comments from the usual suspects (!) here about this and I also got the same. Fast-travel to Leicester, assassinate one guard, go and do drinking games, get a cup of tea while waiting for Eivor to sober up and there was an Avenge quest. Curiously (?) it was right next to the guard I assassinated and the confirm-kill was that guard. It didn't auto-complete, though, which is another change (maybe), last time I got one it auto-completed as I'd assassinated the target.

The changes I noticed :
Avenge quest again (several TU I didn't saw these ones) =- in several world places
- can "half-appear" = you ear Eivoir talking but no marker on the map and no corpse to avenge (happened few hours ago in Calleva Outpost)
Avenge quest new :- standing "player to avenge" while killing the murderer

And it only took "everyone accidentally selling all their hunting and fishing spoils" in exchange. Is some kind of balance of evil going on?
Also, I just got one while my Stabbing World Tour continues in a camp in Francia. Thought: So far they keep spawning in when the perpetrators are already dead - that makes them more of a "finding justifications for my murders" quest. -

@SpirantCrayon22 I too have started getting avenge quests again, but only after I’ve killed the people I’m supposed to kill. First time was at the henge in Glowecestrescire, and the second in the barracks at Wincestre.
