Moved Game crashes on launch

hello, I have a problem with the game, I bought an assassin's creed a couple of days ago and now it shows that the level is zero, the progress is 5%, and the distance is 28k +, but after that "prank" I don't even can't play the game, throws a logo on the screen and then "ops crashed" I'm already tired of waiting for you to write down my reports so I prefer to do a date reset for the whole game or get a refund, I'm waiting for an answer.

Hi @toxicvap0r2001 I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is crashing on launch.
Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.
