Dear Support Team, or anyone who also ran into this: After completing 'The Price of Wisdom' quest and waking up/returning to Ravensthorpe the cutscene doesn't trigger and I can't initiate a talk with Valka in any way. (The 'Going Deeper' quest is still marked as incomplete, but no objective is shown.) This makes me unable to continue/finish the Asgard storyline. Could anyone please help? Thanks!

Thank you for your reply! I'm one of the "old" gamers, so I haven't yet tried making videos of my game progress. To tell the truth, I don't know how to do it. I'm not sure you could use the clip for much, as it would only show me running around in Valka's hut, trying to get her to talk to me and an empty "Going Deeper" quest on the upper left corner without any activity marker to tell me what to do. I have taken screenshots of these, if they're enough, but if you still need the clip, please help me with the how.
I'll start the game in a moment and make a cloud save, as I think I only have a manual one at this point.
Anyways, thank you for your help.
(If I can figure out how to make that clip in the meantime I will provide it with my next message too.)

PS: I tried to attach the two screencaps I was talking about, but I'm getting an error message even after resizing and making GIFs out of the JPGs

I've tried to find a way to create in-game videos, but with no luck so far.
What I did manage, was to make a cloud save, as your requested.

Additional info about my gameplay is that I've first finished the 'Dawn of Ragnarök' DLC quest before getting back to my 'Going Deeper'/Jotunheim quest, not the other way around as it was most probably recommended by the story's progression. Back in Jotunheim I had no problem progressing with the subquests, not even at the very end. I can see that some people had problems completing 'The Price of Wisdom', but I had no such problems with my gameplay. My 'The Price..' quest was finished without any glitch, the game told me to return to Asgard, I went to the realm door, killed one of the boars that ran after me at the foot of that door (there was no death/reload) and returned to Midgard, as the game suggested. I arrived back at Valka's hut and simply nothing happened. No cutscene triggered and I couldn't initiate a talk with Valka on my own either (unlike after my Ragnarök quest where the quest concluded without any hickup). I completed some other sidequests since, went to various relams and returned in the hope of it setting something back to some baseline where this quest could right itself and continue. No such luck... and this is where I stand now.
Anyways, I finally managed to find a way to upload my screenshots at the very least.

Im trying to Get 100% on trophies but the quest «going deeper» stops After i come back from Jotunheim. Valka wont talk to me and i have cleared both jotunheim and Asgard before. Couldnt see anyone Else have This problem. And This happened After 113 hour gaming for the second time… please tell me you can help. So i dont Get the trophy for finishing both arcs and i cant Get the last quest «bound to fate» or binding fate. i havent seen anyone else who have had this problem.

@ubi-froggard i have the same exact issue. Binding fate wont trigger cause we cant talk to valka After finishing both Asgard and jotunheim

Hi Ubisoft team,

I have been trying to get past the " Price of Wisdom" quest. After the quest is completed, it's not triggering the cutscene which moves the story forward. I am on the last few quests in the game and cannot proceed due to this issue. I have tried reducing resolution, graphics and troubleshooting the game. Still it's in the same situation. Please consider this request for fixing the glitch.

I was able to finish Jotumhein, but not to start "Going Deeper".
After finishing the price of wisdon I wake up but Valka doesn't talk to me, just sits in front of the cauldron.
If I drink the asgard potion, I go there but can't talk to Tyr and start the Fenrir fight, and there are no misson markers to follow.
Any Idea on how to fix that?

@Ubi-Keo Just a correction here since I'm not able to edit the first post.
I was able to finish the first part of the Asgard saga and all of the the Jotunheim saga (Price of wisdom), but can't start the second part of the Asgard saga (Bound to fate).
But after waking up the "Going deeper" mission appears in my mission log as available, but I can't restart it, if I select it leads nowhere because I've already did it and can't talk to Valka.
I also can go back to Asgard and Jotunheim at any time, but after waking up, Valka still doesn't talk to me.
