@gismatr0n-0 Unfortunately, temporary sanctions are issued server-side by an automated system, and we cannot remove or alter them. I do apologize!

This is my 4th ticket and I am very sad. I cant play ranked nor any other gamemode becasue I keep getting this error. Could you please tell me what to do about this. I keep getting this error. I sent a picture of it. Please just help me i cant even play rank.

Fixed the issue by playing Terrorist hunt lone wolf and finishing the game then find match

Hey everyone, I managed to find a fix for this which worked for me. You just need to start a Training Ground as Lone Wolf and quit after and you should be able to queue up again.

For me, it happens every time my game crashes or disconnects, the problem is, instead of giving me the option to reconnect, it goes straight to this error, not even a penalty with a clear time limit on it. it's happened 4 times now, and each time took about 2 or 3 days for me to be able to play again. I've lost a lot of mmr for this, it's very upsetting.

@gusfring I don’t care that I got banned for abandonment but the dumb thing is that there’s no timer so I don’t know when I’ll be able to play . It’s crazy how many bugs this game has , it’s been 3 days now and this is [censored] me off .

I lost connection to a game of ranked and when I tried to rejoin the game got an error code stating I couldn't join a game for abandoning my previous game however the game I had been kicked from was still going on and I couldn't join back my temporary band should have only been 60 minutes it's been 4 hours still can't play.
