Unsolved R6FIX infinite loading

On March 28, 2022 I've got an issue, that r6fix site persistantly loading, but with no result. I've removed all cookies for r6fix and I could see an issues, but after log in I still had a problem with infinite loading. I've wrote to Ubisoft Support.
So the issue persist till now, so is there any other users, who experience same problem? Is it fair to have unworking site for 3 months? -

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with accessing the website. What browser are you currently using? Have you also tried using different browsers and incognito mode?Official Response -
@Ubi-Auron I do have the same issue tried with Brave, Chrome, Firefox and incognito mode on all browsers, I can access the site if I'm not logged in, but once I log in, I get the infinite loading screen, no matter how many refreshes I do.
