Unsolved BUG Kingmaker, after the banquet cutscene, Eivor stuck cannot fight brothers

KINGMAKER quest
I can enter the dinner party, watch the cut scene but when it moves scene in order for Eivor to fight the two brothers she is stuck. The camera can rotate, I get a few bits of dialogue but nothing more. She cannot move, draw weapons, cannot 'skip' there are no graphics on the bothers heads. Obviously need to pass this to progress. I have tried going back to last save, zoned, quit game, but every time I go into the dinner party this happens. -

I'm sorry to hear you are stuck on this quest. It doesn't look to be the same as issues reported previously on it, so could you provide a video showing the issue please?
