    So I logged a mule character in and forgot he didnt have the SHD watch unlocked yet (havent confronted Keener).
    I marked 100 items as trash and donated at Expertise table and as expected it didnt budge.

    So I have two questions:

    1. If I now unlock the watch (character is level 30) will the donated items then count toward my expertise level
    2. If it will not count why would you even ALLOW us to choose to donate on that tab knowing we would loose our items
