    Everybody I know that plays Ghost Recon Breakpoint on Stadia have lost their game save. I can't see any information regarding this issue so you need to put this up there and give us a status report like you have with Roller Champions. I don't know if the issue is on your side or on Google Stadias side but it needs attention to be resolved.

    Thank you for your continued reports of this issue, I'm very sorry to hear that many of you have come to find your Breakpoint saves are now missing.

    This issue has already been raised to the attention of the game team and is currently under investigation as a serious issue.

    We do not have any further information beyond this at this time, but rest assured this is being looked into and taken seriously.

    I started the game this morning and it went through the choose your game type options which I found weird so after completing that it started my game from the beginning so I exited. When I finally got to the main menu where I would choose my character my character was gone replaced by the new one that I was forced to create as it thought I was starting from scratch. Now all my progress from Nov 2021 is gone and I'd like it back please. If I select Ubisoft connect it shows all my actual progress.
    I will not be starting this game from the beginning again I'd rather not play if that's the case. So many hours wasted. I'm playing on stadia. Please fix

    @kjonesunltd The same exact thing just happened to me through Stadia this is ridiculous? Have you received any updates on this; certainly we cant be the only two.

    Same thing happened to my character! Tuesday (May 24) it was there, then Wednesday (May 25) it was gone. I'd like to know why. Was there some kind of a Stadia-user's update that wiped all characters?

    @gr4mx I just bought this game a few days ago. I went to play yesterday and my saved game was gone. I almost didn't play again because it's frustrating having to start over. Today I keep getting and error and my guns are gone. I bought one in the store and it's give along with my points. Has this happened before? I like this game but might try to get my money back if this happens again.

    I think this is Stadia that has to fix something If you're having issues when saving the game. Your save game is attached to your user name. That save data is stored in googles cloud servers.
    Maybe you can still backup your save files.

    1. Go to Google Takeout: (https://takeout.google.com/) and log in with the same Stadia account.
    2. Click the “Uncheck all” box in the “Select data to include” section.
    3. Check the list until you find Google Stadia and mark its checkbox.
    4. Tap the “Next Step” button.
    5. Configure the export like this:
      • Frequency: export once.
      • File type: .zip (because it has better compatibility).
      • File size: whatever you want from the list.
    6. Press “Create Export”.
    7. Wait for Google to create your files (they will send you an email when it finishes).
    8. Press “Download” to save the backup on your computer.
    9. Unzip the backup and go to Takeout> Stadia> GAMING> GAME_SAVE.


    Inside that folder, you will find all the saved games of your games on Stadia.

    @gr4mx I do not think that your assessment is correct. All Ubisoft games are saved on Ubisoft servers. Stadia is only a platform to play the games like PS5 and X-Box. I have a Ubisoft+ subscription, which gives me access to all Ubisoft games. This issue is only isolated to the Ghost Recon Breakpoint game. Also, I reached out to Google before responding to you in regards to this issue and they confirmed that they do not have access to Ubisoft servers, and game progressions, weapons, and gears are saved there. This is an issue Ubisoft has to work out on their end.

    The game is basically unplayable, first I lose all progress, then went to customer support and it’s supposedly escalated. Recommended if I want to play use a new save slot. Did that just to play and my game can’t even keep all my inventory after I’ve shut off the game.

    Can ubisoft give us some updates???? This is pretty much widespread just give us an update that it’s being worked on!

    I have same problem.
    In Stadia I start Ghost Recon Breakpoint but it starts from initial menu (ghost experience or immersive).
    Where I can get my data for Ghost?

    How can I know the Ubisoft account linked to Stadia account?

    It is now the 31st and still, the saved game file is missing, when are we going to get a proper resolution of our restored game file.
    I reach out to Stadia and get sent to Ubisoft only to read here to contact Stadia, WTH
    Why is this a complicated fix? is it that complicated?
    I read here (Ubisoft forum) how to grab your game data from Google Takedown however what am I supposed to do with it when the game is saved in the cloud...This is soo frustrating!!
    Can we have a progress update, please?

    Exactly where is this "Takeout" folder? where is it held?
    Those instructions does allow one to download their stadia files however what is the point when there is no place it put it in, this is not helping with the missed game data issue.

    Could a tech please provide some progress?
