Problems with Far Cry 5 Arcade Multiplayer and how it completely lacks logic..1:.15 minutes timer.Whats up with that?Make it at least 30 minutes possible to play or infinite...Any logic behind giving a 15 minute restriction for maps that probably took 15 days to make??Did you even notice that its nearly impossible to reach the kill limit in the time limit you are offering unless the playable area is confined to 30x30 meters or something?
2:Enemy player names randomly appearing through walls or cover and from the other edge of the map without even aiming down sights..It completely takes away all the immersion, all the silencer and stealth possibilities and all hiding or spotting mechanics...It makes no sense,it is broken and almost seems like a glitch....the proper thing to do is show names ONLY when aiming down sites directly at the enemy players body without any other object in between...
3:12 players only?? Downgrade from 16 players to 12?? Any logic for that too?
4:Random weird lame voice describing whats happening....i can put up with but [censored] man?( U ARE WIngnning...U are LosSIng)
5:Excessive out of bounds player customization.....unicorn masks and golf heads???cmon bro,you are making a far cry game..not an mmo rpg, dont get me wrong here i dont completely dislike the customization but maybe you should give an option for the lobby admin or map creator to choose certain team aperreances
6:No reviving mechanics like in previous games
7:Only two multiplayer modes(u should add domination and capture the "something" modes).

You know im really a fan of variety, experimentation, puttin rules and traditions aside and takings risks and creating new things but maaanann....you have really disregarded reason completely here...maybe payings some respect to it wouldnt hurt that much....you should be able to be fluid and risky but inside a context that makes sense and remains grounded in reality when you are making a grounded in reality FIrst Person Shooter about war.....you really went way out of bounds in this one..this is not necesarrily bad but in the end it turns out to be narrowminded instead of being open minded...

Take a look at games like far cry 2 and 3 and maybe take them as example for how a far cry multiplayer should be cause for now,far cry 5 multiplayer doesnt even make sense allthogether,....it contradicts the fact that the Map Editor is such a valuable map making tool, providing so many possibilities and personal freedom to create whatever you like..only to be confined and restricted in a multiplayer mode with so tight rules it makes u feel like playing a 90s speed racing arcade game...such bad choices but so little time and effort is needed to fix them that it seems illogical how you havent yet done so..,the game stays the same...i mean who is in charge there???u serious ? ... i got some suggestions about how to make a better multiplayer mode and they are free of charge.....1.Fix problems 1.2.3 that i mentioned above meaning AT LEAST 30 minutes timer option or No timer at all.Add more players, fix broken player Names HUD...2.Add a Hardcore mode....3.Make a proper Featured Maps page.4.Make more Editor DLC with more AI variations and Story driven objects..5.. Bring back reviving mechanics.6 give more settings variations to the map maker or lobby admin (7). u could even create some sort of leveling system with upgradable perks or abilities(just a thought)...

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Hey @kvantomagus ,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts on the current standing of the Arcade Multiplayer in Far Cry 5, we appreciate it!

Although I must say, Far Cry 5 has since concluded development and we are no longer continuing Post Launch Support for the game, so there are no future updates planned.

While these changes won't be implemented into Far Cry 5, we'll pass these onto the team as feedback to consider should the Arcade modes make a comeback in future!

If there's anything more you'd like to share or we can help with, please let us know!
