Every time I complete one of these daily challenges I SHOULD get credit towards the goal ... but I get nothing. Related to this may be the known issue of Reda often only offering one rather than two daily quests. Anyone else have this problem?

@haggy51 Same here, i get 2 quests for the past 2 days (so 4 total) but no credit. playing on PC, all up to date.

Same issue for me on PS4. The other challenges are working as intended. I finshed one of Redas quest with an assassination and the counter for the weekly assassination-challenge went up, but not the counter for Redas quests. So I can confirm that this has nothing to do with the connection for me.

@ubi-froggard The rest of the challenges are registering correct, it is only the Reda one and yes i'm connected and everything, tried logging off from Ubisoft Connect and reconnecting, does not change the progress

@ubi-froggard No other Connect issues, as others here have noted, just the one for Reda's Ultimate. Also, 2 daily Reda quests were available the last two days, but only one on Friday, 5/13.

I'm having the same issue, all weekly challenges are traking fine, but not the Reda challenge.

@haggy51 I am having the same issue on ps4 (day 4) Reda's Ultimate Challenge not updating on Ubisoft Connect Time-Limited Challenges. This is frustrating because it's not the only issue with Opals as Reda is randomly only giving one daily quest since the last patch.

The rest of the challenges are counting as they should be, with the exception of Reda's Ultimate Challenge.

I have done at least 2 everyday since the challenge began. Sometimes 3 when I travel to other maps with Reda in them (Svartalfheim, Ireland, France) and a 3rd mission becomes available.

Ive done those as well.

The only other bug that I have is Eivor glitches out and disappears about 2-3 minutes before the game crashes, about every 1.5 hours. So I have to save in a hurry while on River Raids.

note: anyone only getting 1 Reda mish, goto the other maps and check to see if another one pops up. It works for me, most of the time. Maybe it helps.

@ubi-froggard I’m also connected correctly, all up-to-date, all other challenges are registering on Ubisoft connect. Still no progress counted despite doing daily challenges every day in both England and Svartelheim.

I suspect some problems with some Ubi servers requests
Seeing inconsistent results I made some tests :

PS4 pro & Valhalla up-to-date
Connection used = 1 = ok
Connection origin = France (some server requests are country dependant, like the daily contracts)
Accounts = 2

Both accounts = Reda shop + Ubiconnect access = ok
I fully disconnect an account and shut down the PS4 before testing the other account

Account 2 (shared) = no single problem to :

1. see a player's Jom to hire
2. have Jom's payments

Result = no problem with Ubisoft Connect Reda Ultimate Challenge

Account 1 (Utimate Edition Per-Order) = Problems to :

1. see a player's Jom to hire
2. have Jom's payments

Result = not all the Reda quests I've done where counted (all contracts done had no problem, the missing contracts since TU 1.5.1 is another issue) = aka : Reda Not Ultimate Challenge

Tested that problematic Account just after doing the "Reloadind without quitting the game trick" when spawning, the went to Reda, took only 1 daily contract = result = counted
So, it seems that we shall verify to have a visible Jom to hire before taking contracts (to be counted for this challenge) and to finish them quickly before the Jom vanishes

I hope the teams will take this into account and share information about these embedded bugs. :

Not working for me at all. I have done 1-2 Reda missions daily. Still at 0/5.

just because I'm curious and also because I would like to understand what happen's with this challenge :

what platform are you using ?
did you took the contracts at Reda himself in Ravensthorpe ?
did you saw the jom to hire (spoiler tag used to sapre some space) spoiler near Eydis at Ravensthorpe just before taking and finishing the contracts ?

I tried the "seeing" the jomsviking, checking for payment, then completing the challenges approach. And still nothing.

Im not sure how a visible jomsviking is related to Reda's quests other than checking to see if you are connected to the server maybe?.?

I dunno.

Maybe you know tho.

Anyways, tried it and it still didnt count. But Im sure you are correct on your end.

in fact the Ubi servers are sending different request :
The Jom to hire is a separate request (event) = you can be connected to Ubi Connect and can also have the Reda shop aswell the Reda contracts but still the Jom to hire can be nowhere = it's separate server request,
so, I was wondering if the datas sent to the servers to say "Contract done for the challenge" are linked to the jom to hire

Having 2 accounts and 2 different results =
Jom to hire there = no problem
No Jom to hire = Contract done, Opals earned = not counted ( Chance or proof?, at the moment I can't say ... )

( I'm not english fluent, so I'm sorry if I'm unclear, do not hesitate to tell it to me, also do not hesitate to correct my spelling, grammar, etc. )

And no worries about English, its probably better than mine.

And your English is definitely better than I would speak in - whatever your language is. As a matter of fact, Im not sure I could do anything BUT offend anyone by speaking any language - to include English.

If I had my guess A-Zizzle I would say it may have something to do with specific dowloaded versions of the game. Or it doesnt. Its 50/50.

But either way this game is beautiful and complex and I'm not sure anyone on this forum could do better - so I dont care if they fix it as long as they comp the opals I didnt get from completing the challenge.

Even then, Im still not too worried about it.

you are right : that's the most important thing for now (I guess it will be fixed later, maybe for the next challenges of this type)

@azullfr I have paid attention to the Viking for hire, but that didn't result in any progress when it comes to tracking achievement. (see links) today i got 3 contracts (one is the 7 day weekly) and completed those in roughly 15 min (5 min per contract + travel)
