@ubi-milky Come on Milky, stop messing us about. We can all see from the screen shots that people have taken the time to post that the problem lays with the item in question having "ZERO" price, which causes the error. Point out to the person who made this minor oversight, that us assassins will not tollerate such malakaness in the future. Now, unleash a sparta kick on this persons rear and let's see some action! lol.

Ubisoft always has terrible feedback when it comes to bugs\issues. When Unity and Syndicate servers had issues and people could not collect anomalies, Ubisoft kept responding with basic stupid network troubleshooting steps although all players were affected. Now, when it is clearly widespread issue with the item in store - they still keep doing the same thing. Come on Ubisoft, if you want to keep your microtransactions in games (already very bad move), then at least make sure that your games are well-supported and maintained for a decent amount of time after launch.

@ubi-milky One can't buy it because there is no cost displayed at the bottom. It is not a server problem.

Same problem, fix it instead of issuing garbage boilerplate. We all find that really irritating.

Have any of the weapons from the Tartaros Pack been available in the Oikos store up to this point? Lots of bugs with the most recent DLC, including not being able to collect Orichalcum on Korfu, so maybe this is just one more, unfortunately.

The funny is they just wasting the time with the connectivity troubleshot,anyonew could tell it its not connectivity problem,because u cna buy any other item without problem,the random too,so absolutly its erver side problem,and yeah they will fix it,but the main quesio is,it will before reset or not, than its meaningless. I wrote a ticket 2 day ago,simple nothing answered or happened,i checked it maunally to see anything,sersioly get closed,strange things is,if a ticket is closed u get auto response,but now nothing in it,and closed,they jsut ignoreing the problem.

@fp38eq I have gotten at least one of the Tartaros pack weapons from the Oikos before. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've seen any of the Oikos items not have an orichalcum price.

Italy here. It's not a connectivity problem. I'm experiencing the very same problem too.
