It's happening again..

As is said numerorus time,why they dont post anything,only chasing away everyone,they just lying,didnt done anything,and wont do. This week is a clear evidence how they fix things,they dont.

@T7PDM You just wasting your time,if they even sniffed the problem this woulndt happen,why strangely same bug with the same pack,they just simple lyed about they fixing it. And other evidence is how frecvently post here and onyl the usualy same copy paste to " we working it,but can not say smoething " ala get the {@& away we dont care.

This is my second time it has failed to let me buy using my Ori both were Legendary items

Oh really? The last bug we issued at Christmas must have been really painful, because they fixed it.
It looks like you are paid by Ubisoft for discouraging people to stand up for these things.
I remember other guys during christmas trying to play this down, discouraging people to post aswell.
Just because you cant make them fix it, doesnt mean others cant change their minds.
Besides that I am certainly not wasting time creating Youtube content.

@T7PDM Really have u checked what started this ,same pack,jsut different weapon it happened at may 10,and clearly they didnt done anything otherwise this miracle ,not purchaseable with same bug error message from the same pack. I blame them cause the lack of communication and this happened again,and clearly show it they doing 0 work.
Same bug,can not buy a item,and after trying to buy it terminate the connection too with server too,have to restart the game otherwise u can not access the online service,clearly server side bug.

I know this is not the first weapon. I should have made a video the first time already, to get peoples attention. These items are now LOCKED behind a paywall, with no real way to get them without spending money. Displaying them for free purchase is a complete joke when you cant actually get them.

Lets see how much thousand views the video has by tomorrow.

Everyone having this should file a new ticket right now, because this error will continue and it even blocks people buying other items until they restart the game.

Like you fixed the deleted engravings on Christmas Eve, you also need to fix this! EVERYONE who plays the game has this issue EVERYTIME across all platforms, Its not a matter of majority. It has to be fixed.

@T7PDM I made that time,2 month ago a ticket about that,after it i realised this part of the forum,where a lot ppl reported,but strangely that ticket vanished in thin air,have the link what got via autoreposnse,but whenever i want to check its says ooops etc,strangely i can even check 2 year old ticket,expect that one. I have doubts the number of views will force ubisoft,they wont even will answer,or mabye same copy paste "we know,we are sorry,get lost will be fxed" etc etc. But i wish my prediction will be bad,and a oppsoite happen,but sadly checking back how they treat any bug reports,not just on odyssey,in valhalla or even in origins,sadly my brain says it is meaningless.

All their tickets get automatically deleted after 3 days if neither side enters a new message.

This is part of thir bad practice and how bad companies get rid of their tickets.

They just get autoclose without ever fixing it!

Just open them again and make sure to ask every 2 days for a status update. Because they have to reply and it causes them work.

More than a month later and here we are...again...buggisoft screwed up.

And guess what???

It is exactly the same problem...the last weapon pack has no price at the oikos so...we can not buy it, just like with the ceberus mallet.

That is how I got the one handed sword.

I still hate buggisoft, but need to be clear, it is not only available for real money...but mostly, it truly is.
