    As Ubi-TheBerry commented above, a fix has been applied to the game in the background that should allow items to be purchased, without triggering any error codes, including the 0x30010001 code.

    Same here, same error (30010001). Sort your connection problems out UBI!

    Edit: not a connection issue as others have pointed out.

    @ubi-viral hi, the cerberus's charge is currently the legendary item in the oikos store but it says transaction could not be complete when you try to buy it. if this is because of the above issue surely it should have been removed from the options... you only get one item per week and something decent finally pops up and it's not even available 😒

    Everyone on the Reddit sub is having the same problem. While it is possible that all your players are having individual connectivity issues, it seems more likely this is a problem with the Ubisoft servers.

    This is very possible @hum4nperson that the issue could be with our server, but at the moment I can only advise with the information that is available to me now.
    I can not see any reports of degradation on our servers at this time, however, if this changes over the next few hours, we will most likely make a post about this in the form of a banner on our help website to inform players > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help

    We will monitor the situation over the next 24 hours to see if this error code disappears for players, or we get any news of degradation on our servers. Until then, we can only advise trying some connectivity troubleshooting to rule out other possible causes, and moving items in your inventory, as this was known to resolve this error code in the past.

    @ubi-milky The whole problem is there is no Orichalcum Cost or price tag on the server side associated with the item Cerberos's Charge a Legendary Heavy Blunt as pictured above, therefore you can't buy the item even if you already have 100 Orichalcum and you just get an error code please try again later (0x30010001).

    @d0c_shock I believe it was easy to sort out and understand the problem. The connection of my 2 sentences in this thread and the error message.

    @ubi lechoso Probé de comprar otros objetos
    de la selección semanal y pude hacerlo perfectamente porque además mostraban el costo. El problema
    es con ese objeto CARGA DE CERBERO, que no muestra el costo y no se puede comprar.

    This item cannot be purchased by all players, but the other three already treasure chests can be purchased normally, and this weapon has no price display, so is it still our personal problem that everyone can't do it?
