I noticed we don't have many operators from Africa so I figured I would create some concepts for some possible ideas for them, which I will list bellow. Please leave a comment bellow to discuss your ideas and opinions about these concepts. I hope the developers find these concepts useful.

Almaealij’s unique ability is Prototype 6 Medical Drone, a flying drone that is equipped with a scanner to mark enemy positions and a dart launcher. The medical drone can be disabled if flies too close to a disruptor or jamming device, which like other drones it will be regenerated in thirty seconds. It can also be destroyed by melee strikes, explosives, and bullets.
Biography:
Youcef Dahmani grew up in a middle-class neighborhood in the city of Sétif. After finishing his lower secondary school education, he went to the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene, where he started studying medicine and engineering. After getting his bachelor’s degree, he attended the university of Oran to continue his education. Wanting to serve his country and help the poor in his community, Youcef joined the Algerian Air Force. After earning multiple commendations for his expertise in combat medicine, reconnaissance, and breaching protocols, he was invited to join the 772nd Air Commandos Rifle Regiment.
Psychological Report:
It was apparent within first ten minutes during my first meeting with Specialist Youcef “Almaealij” Dahmani that he is an explorer at heart. Growing up in Sétif, he discussed how he used to explore the city with his friends. Even today, when he has some spare time, he wanders around the city to see what has changed and what is happening in the city. […]
Dahmani strongly values his community and family. Its what originally drove him to join the military and become a combat medic. I suspect it was his strong connection with his community and his tendency to explore communities to see what has changed that allows him to fully understand how individual communities and cities can be negatively impacted by terrorism and organized crime. This understanding allows him not only helps provide him with him motivation to take terrorist groups and organized crime organizations down, but also to develop strategies in advance to both minimize damage to communities and their inhabitants and investigate areas where those groups are suspected of being active without drawing attention to himself. […]
He is cool headed, attentive to detail, and resourceful. Youcef is fluent in multiple languages. He has solid relationships with numerous operators including Specialist Ryad “Jackal” Ramírez Al-Hassar, Specialist Timur "Glaz" Glazkov, Specialist Julien “Rook” Nizan, and Specialist Néon “Sens” Ngoma Mutombo. […]
Outside of work, he makes drones to compete in drone races. He also volunteers some of his time expertise to help make drones to help conservation workers and law enforcement professionals catch poachers and animal traffickers, and to help find and destroy undetonated land mines. At one point, he went to Thailand to help Specialist Apha “Aruni” Tawanroong clear some landmines in hard-to-reach areas. I believe his expertise and desire to help others will make him an excellent addition to the team. […]

Ability description:
Horus’s unique ability is his hawk called Amon who is wearing a specialized aerial scanner and armor that protects him from enemy weapons. To start the operator must stand near an unblocked door or window that leads to the outside and launch the bird, which is best done during the preparation phase. After doing this, Amon can be employed in two ways. The first way is by detecting and marking enemies that are positioned outside of the building or near windows and doors close to the outside of the building. This can be used three times per match and has a one-minute cool down after each use. Horus, by aiming at an unmounted enemy gadget, Iana’s hologram, or drone in your line of sight and pressing the activate ability button, you can also summon Amon to come remove and destroy enemy devices. After using the summon ability, the ability has a twenty second, but does not have a limit on how many times it can be employed.
Standing near any kind of jamming device, regardless of whether it belongs to an attacker or defender, will prevent you from being scanned. Nøkk can’t be detected while using her HEL glove. Explosives and Nomad’s Air Jabs can stun the bird and cause it not to be able to destroy the targeted device. Pulse can detect the bird’s position using his heartbeat sensor; and Solis and IQ can detect the bird’s position using their gadgets to detect Amon’s aerial scanner.
Biography:
Karim Gamal grew up in a military family. His father was an Mulazim awwal in the Egyptian Army and his grandfather was a Muqaddam in the Egyptian Navy. Upon finishing his secondary school education, she enrolled Cairo University where he studied Biology and Electrical engineering. During his senior year in college, he spent a year abroad interning at the Beauval Zoo in Saint-Aignan, France. While in France, he learned Falconry from a professional bird handler at the zoo and took some lessons in jujutsu.
Wanting to follow in his father and grandfather footsteps, he joined Egyptian Army shortly after graduating. She rose up the military ranks quickly. After earning commendations and showing great deal of skill with firearms, intel gathering and analysis, and strategic planning, his commanding officer encouraged him to join the El-Sa'ka Forces. Eventually, after successful completing multiple missions and earning a reputation for getting the job done, Karim joined Unit 999.
Psychological Report:
When I recommended offering specialist Karim “Horus” Gamal the chance to join the Rainbow team, the Selection Board quickly approved my request. Gamal is open about most of his experiences, which helped me to understand who he is. He is intelligent, observant, and, while he can work alone, he prefers to work in a group. […]
He is deeply concerned about the safety of his fellow operators and is willing to go to great lengths to keep them safe. To do this, he meticulously plans out his defensive strategies in advance so he can react accordingly, but he quite capable of adapting his plan if the situation requires. When the situation allows it, he relies on his hawk, Amon, to help him spot enemy positions in advance. […]
He gets along with many operators including specialist Julien “Rook” Nizan and specialist Olivier “Lion” Flament. He is particular close with specialist Sanaa “Nomad” El Maktoub, which they have traveled together on numerous occasions. He says they are friends, but I get the impression that there may be something more to their relationship. […]
He strongly values honesty in his teams and expects his teammates to communicate to the best of their ability to avoid misunderstandings. This has put him at odds with specialist Liu “Lesion” Tze Long and specialist Jaimini Kalimohan “Kali” Shah. He and Shah have clashed before when Unit 999 was tasked with rescuing some Egyptian citizens in an Egyptian embassy in Greece that was being raided by Nighthaven. […]
Outside of work, he practices falconry with Amon in order to keep his skills at their peak. He continues to practice Jujutsu and has been training with specialist Taina “Caveira” Pereira. He enjoys learning about other cultures and languages. He is working on learning the Hausa language. I have no doubt he will make a good addition to the team. […]

Ability description:
Lahab’s unique ability is her chemical incendiary grenades, or CIGs. These grenades allow her to block path ways for a limited duration preventing enemies from being able to pass through those areas safely. It is important to be careful when deploying your grenades as it will destroy all unarmored gadgets, regardless of whom they belong to, caught in the explosion. Good timing and situational awareness are important for using her device well.
Biography:
Adel Nour Ayari excelled in science and economics while she was in secondary school. After graduating, she attended the University of Carthage where she studied physics, chemistry, and telecommunication. Upon finishing her higher education, she decided to join the Tunisian Army. She quickly rose through the ranks because of her determination and skills. She was eventually allowed to join the Groupe des Forces Spéciales, or GFS. She has expertise in regards to area denial, breaching protocols, off road driving, and intel gathering, and earned a reputation for getting the job done. Her actions during various operations brought to the attention of Rainbow.
Psychological Report:
Specialist Adel Nour “Lahab” Ayari had a comfortable childhood. Her father was a politician and her mother was a professor. She would sometimes go to work with her mother which is where she first developed a strong interest in science. Her parents believed the best way to help people was through public service. It was her parent’s opinion on this issue that motivated to join the army. […]
She is driven by a strong desire to please her family and to help people. She admitted at times it is hard to achieve the latter because of the nature of her work. She understands how her work keeps people safe, but also knows how her work could harm more people than it helps. She informed me that there are certain ethical lines she will not cross, which I am glad to hear.
She is good friends with specialist Aria "Alibi" de Luca, specialist Elena María “Mira” Álvarez, and specialist Julien “Rook” Nizan. During operations, she works closely with team in order to ensure the operation runs smoothly and civilian casualties are prevented. She has worked closely with specialist Sanaa “Nomad” El Maktoub, specialist Saif “Oryx” Al Hadid, and specialist Craig “Blackbeard” Jenson in the past.
Her skills, particularly in regards to intel gathering and area denial, could be highly valuable to the teams she is on. I believe she will make a good addition to the Rainbow team.

P90 Walther PP Super Smoke Grenade Cryo bomb
M16A2 MR73 Gendarmerie Frag Grenade
FN MAG
SG 540
Ability description:
Thrasher is equipped with a Cryogenic Breaching Charge, or Cryo bomb, which consists of two pressurized tanks of Liquid Nitrogen with a small explosive charge, that allows him to breach reinforced and unreinforced surfaces. Anyone caught in the explosion will have their movement speed significantly reduced and be blinded for twenty seconds after the explosion. Zofia and Ela will not recover faster because they were not trained to deal with cryogenic agents; and Warden’s glasses will not help eliminate the blindness as his glasses are covered by the cryogenic agent obstructing his vision. Jackal will be able to spot the device from afar using his Eyenox Model III goggles.
His device runs on a nonelectric, mechanical timer that can only be activated manually, so it is immune to jamming devices and emp grenades. It is not immune to other explosive weapons, such as Tachanka’s incendiary grenades, or devices that electrify surfaces, like Bandit’s shock wires and Kaid’s Rtila Electroclaws. While Oryx, Kapkan, Nøkk, and Nomad will not recover from the blindness faster, they will recover their movement speed faster than other operators due to their experiences and training.
Biography:
Jacques Ramdin excelled in science and athletics when he was young. Upon finishing his secondary education, he attended the University of Mauritius where he studied chemistry and mechanical engineering. Wanting to serve his country, he joined the Mauritius Police Force immediately after graduating. He has served in the National Coast Guard, National Security Service, and Special Mobile Force.
His good service record, fluency in multiple languages, and expertise in mechanical engineering made him a good candidate to join the G.I.P.M. He has trained with GIGN and the United States Coast Guard.
Psychological Report:
Specialist Jacques “Thrasher” Ramdin is an intense operator, both in the field and psychologically. His training regimen is long lasting and challenging. When he is in field, he devotes his full attention to his work; although he is not careless. His expertise in chemistry and mechanical engineering, fluency in English, French, Mauritian Creole, Chinese, and Urdu, and extensive training with GIGN and the US Coast Guard would make him a great candidate to join Rainbow. I was surprised that had never heard of him before Specialist Seamus “Sledge” Cowden and Specialist Julien “Rook” Nizan recommended him to me. […]
When I first met him, he was relatively easy to engage with. When he is not on an assignment, he tends to talk a lot and tends to share stories. However, he is very restless and alert. He told me he likes to be prepared at all times because you never know what could happen. He is similar to Specialist Max "Mozzie" Goose in regards to how he handles himself; except he does not use vulgar language that often and is not as impulsive. […]
He has strong working relationships with many operators. Ramdin has trained with Specialist Seamus “Sledge” Cowden, Specialist Mark R. “Mute” Chandar, and Specialist Julien “Rook” Nizan; all of whom he is good friends with outside of work. He has worked with Specialist Miles Campbell, Specialist Liu “Lesion” Tze Long, and Specialist Elias “Blitz” Kötz in the past. […]
He makes a conscious effort to actively coordinate with his team. It is important for him to do this in order to avoid falling into enemy traps. His expertise and skills will make an excellent addition to the Rainbow team. […]
