Single-Player rewards und Server-Abschaltung

Moin,
letzte Woche sind ja einige der Server für diverse Spiele abgeschalten worden. Soweit so easy, ich kann es verstehen und aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht auch nachvollziehen.
Und jetzt komt das ABER!
Aus technischer Sicht (ich habe ein IT-Studium absolviert und arbeite in der Entwicklung), sollte es möglich sein, über einen Patch die Prüfung auf eine Online-Verbindung zu deaktivieren und die entsprechenden Single-Player-Rewards generell für die Spieler freizuschalten - das sollte doch eigentlich keinem wehtun oder einen unfairen Vorteil verschaffen, oder?
Vor allem, da es auf den Konsolen ja möglich ist und für die PC-Spieler nicht, für die es aber einfacher ist, einen Patch zu erstellen und bereitzustellen - den Quellcode sollte Ubisoft ja noch besitzen (sollte mich wundern, wenn nicht). Außerdem gibt es für die PC-Spieler keine neue polishte Version wie die Ezio-Collection für die Konsoleros bzw. Switch-Spieler.
Das betrifft ja nicht nur AC, sondern auch andere Spiele wie bspw. Splinter Cell und in Zukunft sicherlich auch weitere AC-Titel.
Ich kenne natürlich die techn. Innereien der Spiele nicht, aber die Assets (zusätzliche Grafiken) und die Logik (mehr Wurfmesser, etc.) sollten ja im Spiel schon vorhanden sein und wurden über die Rewards nur aktiviert.
Denkt mal bitte drüber nach! -

Sie haben Recht mein Herr mit vollem Respekt die Idee fand ich auch interessant weil ich mir auch ein paar AC Titel kaufte und die Verbindung zu Ubisoft vorhanden war aber immer wieder ein Problem auftauchte ich hoffe die devs lesen ihre Nachricht und antworten
