    I have a problem with loggin in to the R6FIX Website. I always get a message that I dont meet the requirements to access the content. What does that mean and how can I fix it?

    @madamepeng Sorry to hear this! Make sure you have your Ubisoft account filled out appropriately (birthdate, name, etc), and try again.

    @ubi-spacecats I have filled out everything now. It is still not working.

    Hey @MadamePeng, thanks for your response and sorry that issue persists.

    Could you try the following:

    1. Delete your cache/cookies and then try using the same browser
    2. If issue persist, try using incognito mode
    3. Try using a different device (such as mobile phone) and possibly different connection (mobile data)

    Thanks for the reply @madamepeng, I've looked into this issue and it doesn't seem there has been any degradation on our website that would have caused this.

    Are you able to show us the error message by popping a screenshot of this into this thread, so we can look into this further for you, as troubleshooting and different browsers are not working for you currently?

    Since R6Fix 2.0 was launched, I haven't been able to sign in at all. Every time it either goes into infinite loading or shows an "Internal Server Error" message. I've tried on multiple devices and browsers but haven't been able to get in at all. Tested on a friend's machine and it showed the same message, but they were able to log in to their account on my PC. Because of this, I believe it's an issue with my Ubi account but can't find what's causing it. undefined

    Does anyone know of a fix? Contacted Ubi support but they weren't able to help and everyone I've seen that mentioned this never posts a follow-up.

    I'm facing the same issue. Doesn't matter the browser. I try to login, appears that same message Internal Server Error and if I F5 refresh the page. The page never loads it's just a R6 logo spinning endlessly!

    How I'm supposed to report a bug if their R6fix web site has bugs that prevent me to login?
    Solve this please! It's been like this for months! I can't play on R6 Vulkan version (supports DLSS and other features) for months, because it crashes on the splash screen before even open the game, and I can't report it because their R6FIX web site don't me allow to login!

    @Ubi-Poseidon I also have the same issue, tried the steps mentioned, tried Chrome Edge, Brave and Firefox, and also incognito mode on every browser, I can access the site without being logged in, but not when I log in. I submitted a ticket but didn't receive a reply and it has been over a week now.
