The number of time I can upgrade my weapons/gears should not tie to expertise level

The expertise level basically force us to get proficient with gears that we are not interested to use. That's not even considering how many resources and times needed to max out the expertise level.
When our gears are proficient we should be able to upgrade as many times as we want (until maximum cap of course) so long as we have sufficient resources. That how it should be in my opinion. -
@shadow_96 I disagree with this, Expertise is a grind that encourages trying new things, and a grind for people who enjoy the gameplay. similar to PVP and other end game content, you dont have to engage with it if you dont want.
I Dont enjoy the level up cost that much, grinding resoures is the most unenjoyable part of the game for me personally.
I think it promotes build diversity and can push players who are comfortable with a build that works, into a build they might enjoy a lot more, but just never tried. -

@xcel30 Second that plus by the time you farm up the appropriate gear and optimized it before you start upgrading through expertise, you know what you like and what you’re gonna use
