    hello, I have instaled AC Valhalla on my pc and from a start, it started showing an fps jump and down. I attached benchmark results, I try everything I could find on YT and websites. After 4h of updating and customising settings etc. fps increased about 50% but still jumps up and down... what makes the game unplayable... It's the first time I'm playing a game and had an issue like that. Can you recommend what to do to fix it?

    Hi @rayne5 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your FPS.

    Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed if you haven't already done so then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

    Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

    @ubi-keo Well,

    hello, I spend the last 8h trying to fix the issue and don't know anymore what it can be.

    1. System requirements are more than enough
    2. Update Windows - all the time on and checked and refreshed.
    3. Games with Administrator rights are approved and changed in properties as well.
    4. Verify game files twice and reinstalled them once
    5. The graphic card was updated and downgraded to check both.
    6. Directx and all the driver's system files up to date, temp files and junk cleaned.
    7. no extra programs running when starting the game
    8. graphic setting changed on windows and Nvidia console for performance etc.
