Ungelöst Ubisoft Club Challenge "Lichter Der Stadt" wird noch IMMER nicht erkannt...

Ich melde mich erneut hier zu einem Thema welches ich schon vor geraumer Zeit angesprochen habe. Es Handelt sich um die o.G. Ubisoft Club Herausforderung.
Ich habe die Challenge als das DLC raus kam nicht bekommen, Monate später als es hieß es ginge nun hab ich sie nicht bekommen, ich habe nach Ragnarok nochmals Paris besucht und sie nicht bekommen. Ich habe seinerzeit sogar Beweis Screenshots dem Support mitgeteilt und nun habe ich nochmal über 3 Stunden Investiert um in einem Komplett neuen Spielstand so schnell es geht nach Paris zu gelangen nur um fest zu stellen das die Challenge noch IMMER nicht ausgelöst wird...
Unbegreiflich das dieser Fehler nach so langer Zeit und so vielen vermeintlichen Fixes noch immer bestehen kann. Für jemanden wie mich der wert auf Vollständigkeit legt ist dies ein absolutes Ärgernis. 260 Stunden in das spiel gesteckt und so etwas simples wie eine Challenge raubt mir den Nerv.
Ich BITTE um eine Lösung, und wenn sich ein Mitarbeiter in meinen Account hängt und das manuell auslöst, mir egal aber macht bitte was! -
