No challenge progress updating too

Hi,

just thought I would report this. None of this weeks challenges for AC Valhalla are updating, including the “Eagle Bearer” challenge. It’s been a full 24 hours so I expect it’s more than just lag.

I'm playing on Xbox One, and no Raven kills are counting. Nor River Raid mode played. When looking in Ubisoft Connect even the community challenge is still on 0/100.000 so it's definitely a thing related to Ubisoft Connect itself not counting stuff.

None of the weekly challenges are counting atm for me as well.
I'm hoping the daily reset will change that but I'm not holding my breath.
Would be nice to here something from Ubisoft

@salfoxx I asked them on twitter and they asked me to send a video proving it wasn't registering. Its so dumb. You can easily see on the community challenges both on valhalla and watch dogs legion have zero progress so its obviously not working for anyone

@enjay_jones I am having the same problem. I have completed a drinking and dice game and credit wasn't awarded for those so its not a display issue either.

@sanunes And in Ubisoft Connect my power level was reset to 0 (but in game is 535).

It seems like these challenges are over at all

nope, not gonna do that.

This week I have faced to problems. One is where I only got 1 Reda daily challenge for two separate days. Secondly, since yesterday the connect challenges are not updating, I don't see the game counting my kills.
Could anyone please look into it and let me know a solution for the issue.

Same here. Ubi'd better fix the damn issue. Constant bugs like this and they rarely give decent support. This isn't the first occurence of this, it's been happening for years. Get it together, Ubi...

Not working for me either. On PC.

No challenges registering any progress for a few days now.
Ubisoft always hard at work.

Also, for PS5, Timed Weekly Challenges aren't updating, everything is 0. But my bigger problem is again given save corupt, more precisely Failed to Save Game Progress and you can't do Auto, Manual or Quick Save... only the Cloud version succeeds for the same, and the last time I was among the first with this problem, then it was PS4 Pro, later expanded to many and it took UBI more than a month to fix ...

@enjay_jones Same here, been crapping them out on twitter. They are utterly useless at support and Ubisoft Connect is horrendous across all platforms.

How the hell are we going to video proof that the stupid challenges are NOT UPDATING???? It's STILL NOT updating --check your freaking servers and look how many people are complaining--it has happened before and now it is happening AGAIN--You can take our money but CANNOT FIX YOUR PRODUCT--WHY bother when you are making so much money????

just like everyone here, none of my ubisoft connect related games are updating their timed weekly challenges. not my progress or for community wide, anyone's progress for the total needed to complete.

Same. Not working in AC and FC6. Even the regular ones.
