Unsolved Game crashing when connecting controller.

I recently purchased Riders Republic and I tried playing the game with my controller. It worked fine for the first couple minutes, but then it just crashed and the game stopped working. I tried restarting the game to see if it would fix the issue, but it didn't. I tried plugging in my controller to play, but the game constantly keeps crashing. The game would work perfectly fine if I unplugged the controller but then just instantly crashes when I plug it back in. I'd like to get a refund because the game is honestly just completely broken for me. I've read tons of posts on Reddit and from the Riders Republic discord server, but I still couldn't find a fix. And I have an RTX 3050 Ti Mobile and an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. The game ran perfectly fine on low and medium settings, so I don't think my pc is the problem.

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us with the following information :
Does the problem persist after checking the steps of our dedicated PC troubleshooting guide ? Version of Windows used Model of controller used Type of connection used (Bluetooth, wired, etc)

@Ubi-MrM Hi there. I recently bought the game and seem to be having this issue.
My game crashes as soon as I use the controller. I have booted the game with controller already plugged in and it crashes in first loading screen. I then tried without controller and it worked until I plugged the controller in, then immediate crash.
The controller I am using is the Nacon Revolution 2.
Any help would be hugely appreciated. -

I'm sorry to hear it crashes when using your controller. Can you try plugging the controller into any different USB ports and see if it has the same issue?
Can you also try checking to see if there are any driver updates available for your controller to download before launching the game?Official Response -

Thanks for the reply and help it is appreciated.
Unfortunately the game still seems to crash upon opening with the controller plugged into other USB ports. Also the firmware is fully updated according to the app used by the controller.

Hi @schmee113 apologies for the late response.
I am also sorry to hear that the game is still crashing when the controller is plugged in.
Can you please try unplugging all USB devices except for your mouse and keyboard and go through the PC troubleshooting steps and try again.
If the issue persists do you have another controller that you can try such as an official Xbox or PlayStation controller?Official Response
