Unsolved Unholy father Xbox one

Hi, whilst on the Unholy father quest AC Valhalla kept crashing, I have completed the other two and left Liff to last, it always happens in battle, freezing then crashing.
I shut down my console and cleared the cache, even reinstalled, I am on Patch 1.5.0.1.
Any ideas welcome as this is really annoying!!!

I see you've done some troubleshooting, but could you complete the other steps in this FAQ? This will rule out a couple potential causes of the issue.
