8 months and still not fixed! Wow, I fixed mine months ago with this way, what worked for me might not work for others! Imo it must be some to do with how the game files is installed and GU patches uploaded to the PC.- Delete the AC Valhalla folder in Documents backup any images
- Cut and paste the save game folder 13504 to another drive
- Uninstall the game
- Reboot PC, (This worked for me don't know why)
- Reinstall the game 135gb
- Start a new game, save and exit
- Move back you old save game files to I.D 13504

Hi @AORUS2017 thanks for your post. I'm pleased to hear that you were able to resolve the issue with the steps you provided.

I don't understand is why I can fix this bug, I know occasionally patching issues can corrupt the game files causing quest to be broken just like this one, you might have fixed the other two script issues of the quest. But it's taken the dev team 8 months to get just two issues fixed on one quest I can understand why some think this have taken too long it could be a small number of dev team is only working on it that would explain the long wait! -
@Ubi-Keo just to check my issue is that tyra stops moving at the fork in the road near the giant dwarf statues. I have sent a video in that show the location of where this is. Does this come under one of the mentioned parts of this post? Thanks

Hi @RED-DWARF95 I can confirm that the issue that you are experiencing is 'Tyra gets stuck and does not move after killing the Muspel patrol during quest objective 'Follow Tyra'.
This issue is still being investigated by the development team.

They have been investigating for a loooong time. At this point, I am done with this game. I'll maybe come back for the final sendoff mission.

Heya,
Given that the 'end' of Valhalla is on December 6th with the final chapter, how much longer can we expect support/the tech team to work on this issue? (and other hotfixes/patches for the game in general) I'm assuming they want to get a patch out before then to do the usual housekeeping bits and bobs.

I got my PS5 last weekend and upgraded AC Valhalla to the PS5 version, Tyra still won't go into the boat (can not use the boat). Please let us restart the quest.

Still the same problem with the quest not working after today's suprise update

@Ubi-Keo Latest update solved the problem for me. Tyra jumped in the boat and started rowing... Quest finished on top of a hill.

On the patch notes for 1.6.2 it says tyra would not move in the foundry. I assume that means that any issues outside the foundry would not be fixed?

If you are still having an issue with this quest, please can you specify which of the issues you have?
Unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra is stuck inside the foundry
Unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra won't move after leaving the foundry
Unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra won't get in the boat
Tyra gets stuck and does not move after killing the Muspel patrol during quest objective 'Follow Tyra'
Could you also provide a video that demonstrates the issue. In the video we would also need to see that you have the latest update (1.6.2) installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.

@Ubi-Froggard my issue is still here. When i get to the cross roads by the giant dwarf statures tyra just stop and doesn't do anything. Enjoyed last chaper for what is was though.

I was able to progress and finalize Dawn of Ragnarök. -

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that the following issues should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.6.2 which is available now. You can read the full patch notes here. Please note that all of the issues are not listed in the patch notes but should be resolved.- Unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra is stuck inside the foundry
- Unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra won't move after leaving the foundry
- Unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra won't get in the boat
- Tyra gets stuck and does not move after killing the Muspel patrol during quest objective 'Follow Tyra'
If you still experience any of the above issues after installing the 1.6.2 update then please confirm which of the issues you are experiencing and provide a video that demonstrates the issue. @Cowabungaaa @Ubi-Keo same here - the last Patch did it for me (unable to progress in "Finding Fritjof" as Tyra won't get in the boat). Able to complete the quest. So stoked - finally.
