It's beyond human imagination how many times Ubisoft can fix one simple quest...
After sooo many days you are still ruining ppl experience with this game.
You don't know how to create a working "follow quest", so why are you still adding them to the game?

I am on ps5 with 1.5.3 and the finding fritjof mission is still bugged. It is bugged when i am at the fork in the road when following tyra. Is there any work around to this bug so that i can finally progress?

When will this mission be fixed?

@ubisushivamp it can not be that hard to set the boat to it's original location. In my case, I am not able to interact with the boat anymore to drive it back.

Got stuck on this quest when entering the chamber near exit with around 6-8 enemies, Tyra would not get out of crouch mode and move.
Solution: reload autosave that were created when you find Tyra and redo the fight.
Hassle, sure, but certainly beats waiting for a patch where this works.
Now, the quest has several steps and they seem to create savepoints for each one.
Abuse this to get the quest working again before giving up.

@ubisushivamp i have an issue when tyra is not triggering the investigation by the 4 giant dwarf statues at the fork in the road. I am still just being told to follow tyra. When will this be fixed?

It has been months now. This should have had a fix by now and Ubisoft should be able to give us an answer. Is this even being worked on? Nothing has ever taken this long before. What is the hold up?

Some of the issue is having to evacuate the Ubisoft Ukraine offices, so they're a hub down at the moment.

@UbiSushiVamp @Ubi-Borealis Any idea of a time scale to fix the fix which hasn't quite fixed? I know it's a bit of a persistent one for reasons totally unknown except to Havi that might mean massive code edits...
(Is there the potential to have a 'reset world'? i.e if we wake up, and then go back into Svartleheim, and have it reset boat locations, enemy spawns and the like? Especially the spawns relevant to this quest. Wonder if that might solve half the issue (if it's not been thought of already) seeing as it's a case of throw stuff and see what sticks with this bug..)

4 months since release, multiple times "fixed" and still people can't play this stupid game - Ubisoft at its finest
Smart people in a smart studio would get rid of the problem, but not the best developers in the market, nooo - you just prefer to take people money and silently blame another "company cell" for delays
Still finding incredibly stupid explanations like "Tyra not moving after leaving the foundry", serious (and smart) company would check ALL possibilities of this bug, but you are not serious (nor smart), aren't you?
The product you are selling to the people represents you, and as you can see, this is an extremely poor product.

@Et4hiel Still not fixed? Holy ****. This is utter incompetence at this point. I got the official Ubisoft response in this thread on March 11, 2022. It is now July 13.


How the hell do they think the next AC Game concept is going to run if they can't get a minor paid DLC content fixed? It's too late to even request a refund.

Is this quest mandatory for finishing the game? I fought this jotun Malvigr and it's the only quest open. I did not receive any following quests.
