I can't complete the tombe. The orb on the right side I am unable to get it. The staue which you need to move to get the orb is stuck in the crate that needs to be lowered by the statue
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey @Panthea1974, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with completing Venutius Tomb.
Based on your description, I was trying to understand which particular bit are you stuck with, and I understand that you're referring to the statue that you need to move through the dungeon (after shattering the glass) and push it over to the bridge that needs to be lowered, after which you need to leave it on the pressure plate to trigger the door, is that right? If it is indeed, for troubleshooting purposes, do you possibly have older save file you could load to and re-attempt to complete the tomb or completely leave it (preferably by fast travelling once left) , return and then give it another go, to see if issue persists?
If you have tried it yet issue remains, is there any chance you could either provide us with video footage or screenshot showing exactly the part you stuck with? You can do so by utilising 'Share' functionality on your PS4 controller.
Let us know and we will take it from there!
@ubi-karl Negative. I'm having the same problem. Not a statue, A large rock/boulder in slats you can move one way down an elevated path in one room to let rest on a suspended crate. It's weight lowers the crate, lifting the crate in the next hall which grants access to the second or final obelisk waiting behind the lowered gate facing the path to its floor plate. I hope the answer isn't load a prior save and redo it, because that means I just wasted a lot of time typing.
Hey there @DUDL33_TUB & @Panthea1974, thank you both for getting back in touch. I am sorry to hear that you are both experiencing problems with the Venutius Tomb. I understand that it is not related to the statue. I will gladly get this forwarded over to the development team so that they can take a closer look into it.
As we have not had reports on this before, could either of you please provide a short video showing that you are stuck and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site. Your current game version can be located in the lower right-hand corner of the main menu. The current update should state 1.5.0.1.
If either of you has any questions or runs into any other issues, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Hello @Panthea1974 and thanks for getting back to us.
In this case can you upload it to any hosting of your choice and share the link with us on here? Please also show us the game version.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
@ubi-oxavo
actually this is for the Support Staff - same problem - in fact the stupid menhir / stone that’s supposed to counterweight the crate in order to raise the the other crate is now inside the aforementioned / 1st crate and so, now being mysteriously weightless, nothing moves permanently. I can climb onto the first crate to lower it but, of course, it never stays there, in spite that the menhir / stone is inside, so there’s no way to move forward…please fix the bug !!
Greetings @movinghearts274 and thank you for your report. I am sorry to hear that you can not move forward. As you can see below, we requested videos from our players, but no one got back to us so far.
Would you be so kind to provide a video of the issue, so we can forward it to the development team? Please also let us know the platform you are playing on.
Thank you in advance.
@ubi-oxavo Thank you for your response.
Sorry, no video available - I wouldn’t know how to record it, retrieve it from my PS4 or send it to you - and, yes, I’m on a PS4.
However, seeing the number of complaints on this topic, I believe that you should nevertheless flag it to your dev team and it shouldn't be too difficult for them to replicate it and then fix it.
Hello there @movinghearts274,
Thanks for sharing an update with us. It would be helpful to have a video of the issue you're experiencing with the Venutius tomb, as we can then forward this to the dedicated teams for a closer look. A video also helps us to fully understand the issue you're experiencing in-game, and can be helpful in the reproduction process.
You should be able to capture footage on your PS4 by using the PS Share features. If you need help in recording video, you can use this support article from PlayStation to help you. Once you've captured the video, you should then be able to upload this to a sharing platform (such as YouTube or Twitter) directly from your console. This will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at. Alternatively, you can transfer the video from your console to an external USB drive and upload it to your PC that way, if you'd like to submit the video in a different way.
Thanks!
@ubi-borealis
Hi there, I finally managed to upload a video of the offending bug:
Hey there @movinghearts274 , thanks for getting this video across to us. Indeed, I can see how the tall boulder you'd normally slide onto the crate is instead somehow stuck inside the crate, and isn't weighing it down.
Can you tell me what happens if you reload an earlier save and try this again? If no earlier save is available, can you at least fast travel away from the area, and then back to it, and return to this room? We won't need a video of this - we'd just need to know if the boulder is still stuck in the crate. The reason we'd like you to try this for us is that it is extremely likely (because we've had so few reports out of a great many players) that we won't run into the same problem on our end, and we'd hence not be able to test this for ourselves.
Once I've got this information, I'll be able to reach out to our teams about this internally. Thanks so much for your help with this.
@ubi-thrupney
Actually, i've revisited the tomb a few times, just in case, so the video I posted is probably my 3rd or 4th revisit.
Also, i've moved on so far into the game that I don't have a save from that far back - hence the frustration !
@movinghearts274 Thank you for that information! I completely understand your frustration. Do you have your most recent save uploaded to the cloud? This guide will help you check this!
@movinghearts274
I have the same problem and i am stuck with it for a very long time. Now I cant get the platinum throphey. Please let there be a solution
@ubisushivamp
is there a solution?? I am stuck with this for Months i really need to complete it for platinum thropey and now I cant. Please help
Hi @Panthea1974 @DUDL33_TUB @movinghearts274 @haaky96 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Venutius Tomb. I have reported this issue to the development team to investigate.
@movinghearts274 thanks for uploading your save to the cloud and for providing a video demonstrating the issue.
@DUDL33_TUB I can see that you have not played the game since the 22nd May which was before the latest update was released. Could you please try installing the latest update and confirm if the issue persists, and if it does could you also upload your latest save to the cloud.
@Haaky96 could you please repost on this forum thread with the account that you play the game on as that account has no record of the game being played.
