    Hello, I recently bought Riders Republic on Xbox Series (digital download). This weekend I bought the Year 1 pass.
    I have played several hours with both the main game and the expansion pass.

    Yesterday, when I booted the game, I had to restart the tutorial mission. When I finished the tutorial the game sent me to the hub and the narrator tells me to start my first bike ride (first story-mission).
    Nevertheless I have unlocked all stars and missions from before.
    I can not start any new mission, can not select a different sport, nor can I edit my character. My save game is stuck in the first mission but I still have my progress from before. I can not continue and start any mission. I reinstalled the game but no succes (the same save is loaded through the Ubisoft-servers)...

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble where following a crash you have been returned to the tutorial.

    So we can see exactly what you see, would it be possible to share a link to a video using a 3rd party video sharing website? his will greatly help us investigate.

    Would it also be possible to answer the following as it will greatly help us investigate.

    Your platform:
    Is your game a Digital or Physical edition?
    Did you experience a crash or disconnect during the tutorial?
    Did the you leave the tutorial at any point by closing the game, going back to the main menu or switching accounts?
    Did they launch Zen mode at any point? If so, when and what happened?

    I followed all instructions as described here:

    No success.

    At the end I press every direction on the D-pad but it does not work.
    I own the digital edition + year one pass. The problem started after adding the year one pass.
    There was no crash, no switching accounts, no resumed play.

    I still have progress from the game before. I have about 100 stars, but the game forces me to restart from the beginning. When I do try to start a mission, I can not select it. The game is broken for me now and I can not play. When I start the game now it loads the broken savegame.

    Please help me, the game is unplayable for a week now...

    @ubi-wheelyduck hello can you help me to i have same problem to where i got stuck on tutorial story even though i already had progressed through them i cant do any or sitch sport please help me im ps4 player

    If you're being prompted to complete the tutorial again, could you please complete it and let us know the results?

    If you aren't being prompted to re-complete the tutorial, could you reach out to us via a support case, as we'd need to take a closer look at your account?

    Hello @ubi-nacho this has happend to me as well. Last year I got the year pass. My game was fine until I was sent back to the tutorial. Can you please help

    Regarding the issue, please could you confirm the platform you're playing on as well as the following questions from this thread;

    Is your game a Digital or Physical edition?

    Did you experience a crash or disconnect during the tutorial?

    Did the you leave the tutorial at any point by closing the game, going back to the main menu or switching accounts?

    Did you launch Zen mode at any point? If so, when and what happened?

    I play on ps4

    I have a physical version

    I did not leave the tutorial at any point and the game didn't crash

    and yes I did go in zen mode

    Hey @drillington-j

    Are you able to complete the tutorial again and resume play as normal?

    If not, we can offer to reset your save file but please note however that resetting a the save will clear your inventory and progress of course.
