The prisoner/quest giver isnt there
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello there!
As we have had no reports of issues persisting in "The Twit Saga Part Two" following the release of TU 1.5.0, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any trouble in "The Twit Saga Part Two," please feel welcome to create a new thread and our team will investigate further. When creating a new thread, please ensure that you include a video of the issue you've encountered, as this is helpful for further investigation.
Thanks!
PS4 no quest giver. No prisoner. There's a cage but only a wolf inside. No human prisoner. No way to complete quest. Jeez. This is the glitchiest error riddled bugged game. This is bad. My game keeps crashing. Fix it.
I too had this issue until I did twit saga part 1. In Ledecestrescire there is mystery that you have to complete first then the prisoner will appear.
@ubit00n I also cant complete the final mystery in lincolnshire. not sure if this is linked, but the mystery in the photo, i think someone is supposed to be near the meat carcus i need to carry, but hes not there. Also there is wolf in the cage and not a man i need to free. This is the only thing i havent completed in lincolnshire.
I completed Part 1. In Part 2, after the fighting, one of the brothers is meant to get me to follow him - with me carrying his dead brother. Problem is, he doesn’t go anywhere so I can’t follow him - he just stays at the camp. So I can’t complete the mystery mission.
@kiwicj52 I had this. In the end I looked up what was supposed to happen and followed the steps. I put the brother down where I was supposed to; there were a couple of fights - then the other brother appeared and I was able to finish the mystery. Might work for you too...?
I can't pass this world event, Cuz there no quest npc, what should i do?
lol like other searchers have said, mystery just south of Tamworth fortress, east of Tame river bridge. Do that one. Then finish up with part two of this SAGA. It'll make more sense as to why you couldn't get it to appear.
Cannot complete this mystery quest in Lincolnshire. NPC does not spawn.......
Hey @suddz, the development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. In the meantime, our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to make further research. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud. This step will allow them to use your saved files for investigations. Would you be able to confirm that you have completed Part I of this mystery, in Ledesctrescire? Are the NPCs still around the house, in that location? My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, but thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.
Ive picked up the dead body and his brother said follow me, but he is just turning around in circles by the tent and not moving.
Re: [The Twit Saga](Part II Bug)
Hi, I've been having the same bug where I can't even find the norse warrior to begin the mystery. I completed every other mystery in Lincolnshire (twit saga part I included). I cleared the bandit camp from every enemy and there isn't any NPC to begin this quest.
Thanks for the help.
@tk-ow I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, I can confirm that this issue has been reported and the development team are investigating.
Could you please provide a video to show that the NPC is missing and the quest cannot be started. And also show the location on the map and show that the world event icon is still displayed.
Never posted to any forums but I've gotta try something!! I've completed the story line in Valhalla and have been going around the entire map completing mysteries and collecting artifacts and wealth.. I have almost all my areas 100% completed EXCEPT for this one mystery. It's a bandit camp in Lincolnscire near the lake south of Lacestone synchronize point. I've Google this mystery and there's supposed to be a tied up man to free in the middle of the camp... there's nothing.. I kill all the bandits but there's no way to continue!! Help please!
Hello there @TRSCowgirl420! Welcome to the forums
I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered trouble when trying to complete a world event in Lincolnscire. It sounds like this could be "The Twit Saga II." Do you know if you've completed "The Twit Saga I" yet? You should be able to find this in Ledecestrescire. It's possible that if you haven't completed the first part of the world events, you might be unable to trigger part two.
If you've completed "The Twit Saga I" and are unable to start "The Twit Saga II" due to the NPC missing from the bandit camp, can you please send us a video which shows this? The best way to do this is to include the following information:
I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within the forums.
Thanks!
