@luigi_kawaliere There is no Submit button, because they support only via live chat because of COVID, this red text which is below attachments says that.
@luigi_kawaliere Our computers are not the problem, but the game itself and Ubisoft. The last update ruined everything and they are not doing anything about it.
I played the game last year and i had no problems playing it . But for some reasons - i stopped playing the game. For that time , that i was not playing , i upgraded my PC.
Yesterday , i wanted to continue my progress and after installing it to my PC - it wont start . The game is showing me the logo of AC Valhalla , but it is freezed on this position for 1 - 2 min and after this - it shows me to send the crash report or do nothing .
I preinstall the game 3 times, check the files of the game - 5 times and still nothing. Even i upgrade the drives with the newest one - and still not working .
My PC Configurations are - Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz with 32 GB Ram.
Same problem, game crashes sometimes 5 minutes after playing or even at main menu after launching the game..
When the game came out I was playing it without any single crashes on RTX 2080 Ti, 9900K, 850w PSU and Windows 10 20H1
Now I have 12900K, 32GB, RTX 3090 and Windows 10 21H2 and I also changed my monitor from 1440p to 2160p (4K).
I think issues started with patch 1.1 or 1.2 in February 2021
I tried everything, ALL other games runs stable, even Cyberpunk 2077 with RT at Ultra, Days Gone, Shadow of TR, there might be some stutters sometimes, but never crashes.
I disabled all background apps, tried 10 and 8 bit colors for my display, disabled Gsync, HAGS, Rebar, yet nothing helps..
Origins and Odyssey run fine (2 crashes in like 200+ hours), even if CPU was at 100% all the time probably cuz of the Denuvo - in Valhalla CPU usage is around 50% yet game is very unstable.
I also play Breakpoint in 4K with maximum settings - no crashes! Valhalla is probably badly written for DX12, as Odyssey, Origins and Breakpoint are DX11 games..
Or particular version of Denuvo Valhalla is using causes those issues?

Win 10 fresh installation and uptaded
Last nVidia driver
No overclock
No app in background
Still doesn’t work and crash after spalsh screen.
I installe ACO and work fine, I tested with other games and work, only ACV have issue 🤬
@lukensen87 i checked taskmanager and when i started ACV, i looking cpu go to 100% at splash screen load, and after little secon crash 🤬

I was experiencing some crashes recently. Unfortunately I decided to do a verify/repair. Valhalla has gone from the random crashes here and there while playing the game, to now I can't even get into the game. It either crashes immediately after that initial little box comes up. Or it gets past the "Created by diverse team..." and AMD splash screens and crashes. So I am now completely unable to play this game.

Thank you for posting your CPU and ram specs, these are well above system requirements for the game, but it would also be good to know what kind of drive you have the game installed on and what your GPU model is if you can let us know, to get the full picture?

Im getting fed up with the constant bs from support. It is not an issue with my pc as other current gen games have absolutely zero issue running. It IS an issue at your end, wether it be shoddy game code or the ubi connect client. I've essentially been sold a defunct product and been told 'oh its your fault' as is always the case. Take some responsibility and actually fix your bloody game
Yes I ran into the same issue when giving administrator privileges to acvalhalla.exe and acvalhalla_plus.exe. It will just hang infinitely on the startup AC logo splash window.
@lordof3ntr0py I had the same problem of Valhalla crashing hard (during looking for add-ons).
Maybe try an uninstall/install cycle? The verify files seems broken.
My case:
Windows 12 is updated, GPU drivers are the latest. Other games runs fine.
Tried cleaning out the "Documents/[censored]* Valhalla" folder but that did not work.
Then I instead uninstalled Valhalla, and reinstalled it again, 70GB download ... and now it worked again!
As the "verify game files" function did not catch what was wrong, there must be a bug in that method of code. It would be great if this could be fixed so next time something is corrupt, I don't have to reinstall the entire game again! At the same time why is not all files opened in read-only mode, that should minimize the risk of corrupt files!?

As mentioned in the topic, since 2 days I can't start Valhalla - it's impossible for me to get pass below splash screen.
Until yesterday everything was working perfectly fine and right now there is no possibility to launch the game.
Anticipating the questions:
I see that there is a couple of topics with info that ppl are not able to run the game, could I ask for an explanation? When will I be able to use purchased product again?

I installet ACV to 2 different PC with same hardware, one of this have new fressh installation of windows 10 update at last version, withouth other apps/software, only drivers.

I've unistall and reinstall ACV without any result!
Please chek my account and gimme a solution or refound all my money, also gimme contact email 'cause my legau whant write to ubisoft too.
