Same here. Only that I’m locked at 476. I have one more point to get but can’t. That would be 477 in total. Most likely this bug will get fixed in the next update :). I’m overpowered anyway so I can live with this.

Before v1.4.1 patch, for save files that did not use dagger and sickle skills, resetting all skills will result in power 1.

And when you reach power 475 with this save file, you can use all skills.

I think I know what this is about, the raven skill tree all the way to the left, the one separate from the main tree, used to have a spear and scythe node. In this latest update they changed that node to dagger and sickle, but those of us who already acquired that node still have it unlocked, even though it’s not there anymore, when you reset all skills you have a power level of 2 because you can’t reset the spear and scythe node that’s gone, so you still have it, but it’s not visible. Not sure if you still get the bonuses from the node that’s gone.

Same issue here, stuck at 475. And I can confirm the strange behaviour after resetting the skill tree, with power level 2. In my case, I've also 2 mastery points: it's like the game "feels" you have maxed skill points, but due to hidden/gone one you actually haven't.
Waiting for a fix....

Same issue here. Playing on PC. At some point I got skill point and master point at the same time. A little while late I realized, that I have one missing skill point, which I can't learn! New levels are only giving more master points, but not that missing skill point. I stuck at the 475 power level. Sad

Yes , I have the same issue...
I Play on PS5, have reached 1000 Mastery Point in every way (Bear, Crown and Wolf) but 1 Point missing and don't gain any point by earning XP...

@kalleka1a The Saint-Denis skill points shouldn’t have anything to do with this. Those points were fixed no matter what happened. When leveling up, if you have a remaining skill, usually you will get that one point, and then get a mastery point. I’ve deliberately taken advantage of this several times. This is clearly just another bug that replaced the fixes that were implemented by TU 1.4.1, and I’m surprised something like this hasn’t happened sooner given all the other stuff that hasn’t been fixed.

Same problem, same place, same time, cap 475, no skill point for 476, PC.

@hddndrgn0321 Im at 476 and one extra skill point, and I'm now saving mastery points since they do absolutely nothing at all 72 saved! But I wish I could give you my one extra.
