When one of my islands has a festival the part of the banner where the island name is becomes transparent/disappears.
Other islands that are not having a festival can be seen normally. Just the islands that are having festivals have the issue, the screen shot below was taken while the same thing was happening with three other islands that were having festivals.
I can't access the shares menu from the button there when this happens either.
Normal game using all current DLC with the exception of Sunken Treasures.

Tried:

• Reloading from save, this did not fix the issue.
• Saving and Quitting to desktop, then reloading. This did fix the issue.

@vezperz The same nonsense, but I have all DLC's in a game. Maybe GU13 is broken some elements in UI menu. I have solved the problem without rebooting. I switched to an island where there is no holiday and collapsed the name of the island, and then expanded, then returned to the island with a holiday and the menu appeared.

@ubi-spacecats Yep, saving, quitting to desktop and reloading resolved the issue. A simple reloading to an earlier save did not, had to quit to desktop.

Me and my friend experiencing the same issue all the time since weeks, even after GU 13.1. Most time the bug appears after 30-60 minutes in game on 10 percent of the Islands.
A fix in the next update would be nice...

We'd be glad to check into this, @minimalic. Do you have a clip you could show me by any chance so I can take a look? Please also try verifying your game files and let me know if anything changes.

This issue affects me too; I hope you are able to find a fix. Sometimes it works if I quit and reload the game. But if I collapse the city name or switch between islands, all island banners can become transparent. Here is a recording of the issue.

I'm new to the Anno game, haven't played any versions before this one.

I can confirm this issue as well.
I have already verified game files.

@vezperz I get the exact same issue. My game is up to date, and I play with every DLC & decorations packs.
(I just seen theBerry post, thanks to him. I'll just wait for updates in this thread.)

Hello same thing here too. 

It happen for me every time i goes on an island claimed by an ai or other player when there is a festival at it. 

I have to restart the game to fix this problem. But as soon i check ai / player island again it's occurs immediatly.

@ubi-начо This bug could not be fixed in two months. And you are in no hurry to fix it, because there is a workaround in the game. Yes, it provides inconvenience to the players, but you probably think that it is not so serious, but in vain

I posted about this issue on Feb. 11. Now, as of March 20, the issue seems to have miraculously disappeared. I can now (again) see the banner even during festivals. I have not changed anything on my PC so I don't know how it resolved itself.

Hi, I am playing a while and the bug is still not resolved. The timing doesn't matter. Even at the start of the game there is a chance that the bug will manifest with me and my friend. It doesn't happen with all the islands that have a festival but with most of them.
