Unsolved Ubisoft Coins

Hello, recently i found out that you receive Ubisoft Coins for any transaction made. I made lots of purchases for AC Valhalla and i never received Ubisoft Coins for any of them. Can somebody help me out?

@rcdeschene my friends told me, plus i also discovered it tells you the amount you are gonna receive for transaction. I made 3 or 4 transactions until now (bought helix credit for Valhalla) and i also pre ordered the new DLC but didnt get any coins.

I am not sure but I'd imagine if you buy things in the Ubisoft shop then you get coins. If you buy ACV or whatever from PS or Xbox then you're not going to get the Ubisoft coins.
The ubipeople are very quiet right now but hopefully one of them can set the record straight for you. -

I wanted to check how the new sale works and saw immediately how many coins I would get if I made the purchase. -
@spirantcrayon22 i double checked ... again, any transaction made on their website/launcher rewards you with coins. I pre ordered the upcoming DLC on their website and i used Ubisoft Connect to buy helix credits 3 or 4 times, didnt get any coins except for the pre order.

@Ubi-Keo @Ubi-TheBerry any help please? I know this problem happens ever since the new launcher has been released. Why it hasnt been fixed already?
Edit: I pre ordered the DLC but it didnt unlock the Twilight Set for me. I would really appreciate a solution for my problem. -
Why do you only get coins from buying from ubisoft store? If you're using a console you are bound to buy games and their DLCs from Microsoft Store or Playstation Store and you won't get coins from them. Ubisoft will get their money from all of these purchases so why console owners are put in a lower status from PC Gamers?

No third party involved, they make more money from direct sales (I should think) so it's an incentive. Something like that. You can buy console stuff from the Ubi shop but not downloads.
