Unsolved Valhalla does not start after Title Update 1.4.1

I cannot start Valhalla after title update 1.4.1.
Game shows valhalla logo for a short time then black/green rectangle screen and then craches.
Before update 1.4.1. no problems.
Graphics drives (Nvidia) and Windows (11) are up-to-date. Gamefile check all good. -

This forum is a mess or weird, I was in dark mode when I posted this and it showed fine, but with the white background the text has a black box over it.
Also when using dark mode some peoples text has a box over it too.
