Moved Unsolved AC Valhalla can't initialize under dx12 video card and with dxcpl with dx12_1 support graphics usage is very low

AC Valhalla can't initialize dx12 on my Nvidia Titan Black video card, but the video card does support directx12_1. Using the dxcpl.exe to limiting the dx version to 12_1 max and using WARP the game did run, but it lags extremely high. But on the other hand it uses only 1% of the GPU max and all other applications are working perfectly fine.
