Solved Watch Dogs legion team menu bug

Hello,
I didn't play WDL for while. Since I reinstalled the game the team menu and the picture in save game are scrambled. I tried changing video settings and have scanned game files. Nothing works. Could this be fixed? THX

As you may have heard, we have stopped post launch support on this game and have no further updates planned for it at this time, which unfortunately means that there are no permanent fixes currently in the works for this issue. However, you can try basic technical troubleshooting for your platform (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5), as well as the workarounds we've found so far:
- Changing your operator's clothes, which you can do from your base
- For PC users, deleting the image files in *Documents\My Games\Watch Dogs Legion\"your-accountID-folder"\localstorage3\", (localstorage0 folder for single player)
In the meantime please feel free to post any other workaround(s) you may find in this thread!Official Response -
@akoena_matata a workaround for this issue is to change a part of an operative's outfit then save it. If you go back onto the team menu screen, the scrambled stuff should disappear

@a1r50ft-10 I It only works whit operators who have work clothes there are characters where you can't change outfit

@akoena_matata there are operatives that you can't change outfits for? As far as i'm aware, all operatives can have their outfits changed

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Can you please confirm if you're still experiencing this when you change some of your Operator's clothes, by any chance? You can change the appearance of everyone in your base.
Secondly, can you please verify your game with this link? This will help you to eliminate any potentially corrupted files that can lead to this issue.

I got some similar bug a week ago. Found avatar images stored at "*Documents\My Games\Watch Dogs Legion\"your-accountID-folder"\localstorage3\" (or localstorage0 folder for single player). I deleted all png images while the game was running and it solved this bug. Maybe it can help you too!

@ubi-gizmo Has a fix been found for this glitch on PS5? I reinstalled my game and that resolved most of the faces in the team menu but some are still broken. Changing those team members’ clothes only fixes their photo temporarily then they go back to being broken (both in the team menu and on the map).

Hi @wwray49, we haven't heard of any other workaround than changing a piece of clothing at the moment, sorry !

@Ubi-Froggard So in less than 2 years Ubisoft has stopped support and wont be fixing this issue as it happens on the map aswell. Poor show Ubisoft, poor show
