Quick Suggestions

With the lower player population which means fewer populated PvP rooms can we have the scoring adjusted? I've been playing off and on for a few years in PvE mainly, ranked like Icon 2026 or something but I only in the last few months started playing PvP. I've moved up to Platinum 2 and in my opinion only +2 points for doing good but a whopping -11 is way too punishing nowadays. Sometimes it takes me literally 30+ minutes just to find a minimum room of 4 players. So, if I come in 3rd in that scenario I lose 11 points - for coming in 3rd. That's ridiculous IMO. Hell, I was in a room once where the 4th player left right when it loaded into the race but still let the remaining 3 of us play. I got 2nd place and was rewarded with 0 points. For 2nd place.

If rooms and players were plentiful I wouldn't say anything but this seems like way too much of a pain in the [censored] grind with so few players left now. My suggestion, keep it at +4 for "wins" and -6 for "losses" like it was at for Platinum 3 and I'd be willing to stick it out.

Out of curiosity, once you hit Platinum 1, do you still have to earn points just to stay away from dropping back down or is it something like you get locked into Platinum 1 forever and can't drop back down as a reward for this grind they want you to do. If you get locked in at a 1 and could just use any ridiculous vehicle you wanted like a Limo or something and not worry about dropping back down I would maybe consider grinding from 2 to 1.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@htownballa80 You're locked into the colour but not the tier. You can drop out of Platinum 1, 2 and 3, but not 4.

...and within Platinum 1, you can collect up to 100 points. Afterward, you are just winning 0 points even if you win a race.
