Unsolved PS5 white spots on Player and NPCs with occasional crashes

Good Day
I'm experiencing an issue from AC Valhalla PS5 version on my PS5.
I am able to run other games on my PS5 without issue.
AC Valhalla Version 1.040.000
Season Pass Installed
PS5 System Software Version 21.02-04.03.00.00-00.00.00.0.1
When playing the game on the player character and on NPC that get close to the front of the screen, there are white or pink dots appearing on them. I've also had crashes when equiping and removing gear.
I've tried the following:
- Factory Resetting the PS5
- Altering the 4k Video Transfer Rate
- Downgrading the Resolution to 720p
- I've done the following on my TV and on two PC Monitors
