Unsolved Game is stuck in Russian

Trying to play the game off Ubisoft+ (I'm in the USA, no vpn, region set to USA, language ingame/app settings are english), but the main menu and ingame are all in Russian, settings say it's set to English but...it's definitely not. I've played the game before quite a while ago off ubi+, only thing that's changed since then is I have a new pc. I've tried reinstalling, changing the language and then restarting and changing it back to English, ingame and in app. Cant find anything else to help with this.

My game is also stuck in Russian I purchased it from the epic game store with no VPN and it was in English. Cant find help anywhere tried reinstalling.

Russian region copies are language locked, however if you're not from Russia and are finding you're language locked, could you please open a case on our Support Site so we can take a closer look?
