I’ve had a number of my user creations go missing the past few days. Been doing some testing to see if I can track down what the issue is but no luck so far. Created three deep snow races in the same general area as I was messing around with variations on a theme ( similar start and end points but very different pathways down the mountain ). When publishing them I used Elysian in all three names then different colours, Elysian White is still up, but the other two disappeared.
Tried recreating a deep snow event in the same area using a different name but after publishing and even after racing it several times the event disappeared within an hour. Repeated variations on this process several times but those events always disappeared.
Moved to trying different types of events all over the map but those also went missing after publishing them.
Created a proximity wing suit challenge last night before shutting the game down. This morning I fired the game up and saw that creation was still there and even had more than 40 downloads with over 30 likes. Ok, not sure why that one survived but at least one of the dozens of attempts over the last couple days has managed to stick around right? Apparently not, after doing a few sponsor challenges and a Mass Race I checked ‘My Stuff’ and that event was now gone. Checked the ‘Wingsuit Proximity Score’ list, not there either, looked through all the sections with no success.
I really enjoy creating events and am quite confused that this huge part of the game for me is no longer working. Is there a limit to how many user creations you can have? It seems that 19 is the limit for me, doesn’t seem to matter how many more I create, within an hour or so my list is back down to 19 with all the new events gone. Last one that has managed to stick around was created 2021/11/23-04h27:03. Any attempt after that has subsequently disappeared.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello @phreek96, welcome to the discussions!
I'll raise this with the responsible team to check if there's any limit on creations, however, can you also provide us with a short video of this occurring, so we can have a look?
Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know!
@ubi-mark
Thanks for the response, really appreciate you looking into this for me.
Here’s a link to a video I was messing around with proposing a few suggestions for the user creation tools. Not sure if this video best demonstrates the issue but it’s all I have access to at the moment. After editing this video and hopping back in the game this creation had disappeared. I believe this is the third user creation that I noticed missing and when I started suspecting there was a problem other than a conflict or glitch with similar naming conventions and/or the patch that came out on Monday. Last night I recorded a few videos that included a look at “My Stuff” list with my latest attempt, that creation had 4 downloads when I logged off. Not sure if that one is still there but will check tonight after work and throw together a quick video for you.

Thank you for the video @phreek96 and the details in your reply. I have reported this to our Riders team now and will check to see if there is a limitation on how many user creations can be uploaded/stored, or if this is indeed a bug. I am sorry that you have been losing these creations and we will do our best to reply to your thread when we find out more information from the Riders team.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
@ubi-milky
thank you, just got home and saw your reply, fired up the game and saw that the creation I made last night is now missing as well.
Won’t let me add it here (popup said something about not having enough permissions when I tried) but I made a quick video showing there are 20 items in ‘My Stuff’ last night right after I created and published, did a full play through, then what I just recorded a few minutes ago with that last creation gone and back down to 19. If you think that will help let me know how best to get it to you.
I’ll do some experimenting tonight and delete a few of my older creations before making some new ones, see if I am running into a limit of 19 or if it’s just losing anything new regardless of number of creations.
*Quick edit, just opened the game after posting this went right to ‘My Stuff’ and now even more creations are missing, down to 14 at the moment. Didn’t even have a chance to try my experiment, just looked at the list and there’s less then there were 10 mins ago
Hi @phreek96, thanks for updating this thread and sorry to hear you've lost more of your creations.
We've received confirmation from the team that the limit is around 150 creations per player, so this is definitely a bug. The team is working on a fix, and that should hopefully be implemented in a future update.
Please keep an eye on this forum for news on upcoming patches, and let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime! I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
@ubi-mushy
Thanks for the update. Finding out the limit should be the 150 range is fantastic. Ya it’s kinda frustrating to have those creations vanish but knowing there’s a solution on the horizon is good to hear. Gone and completed the main game already so messing around creating and trying other’s creations is one of the major factors getting me to keep playing so much.
Hi !
Recently, since the last patch i think, some of my user created events disappeared. I spend a lot of time creating those and even re-doing some of those who vanished into thin air.
For exemple, i created 4 or 5 races/tricks contests ( snow/ bike/ multisports). They were still playable during the same session.
Then, the next day, only one of my event remained, the others were lost deep in the snow.
It occured 3 times now.
Has anyone encounter this problem ?
Can anyone tell me if i can recover my tracks that went to dust ?
Why some of my events get deleted ?
Can we expect a patch for this ?
( I am on PS5 )
Appart from that, i think there's still a lot of room to improve collisions in multiplayer...
Thanks !
Hi @k-reth and welcome to the forum.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your created events. I have merged your post with this thread as another player previously reported it.
Please check the response above from Ubi-Mushy.
@k-reth You're welcome.
Just to add, please keep checking the news and announcements for updates.
Hi,
After today's patch i've lost every event i've created ( around 30+ events ) expect 2 of those.
This is really disappointing.
To be able to create my own event was a major selling point of the game and a huge reason to keep investing in the game.
Now i've lost nearly everything i've created...
This issue needs to be addressed.
Hey there @k-reth,
Sorry to hear you've lost so many of your creations following the update!
This update should resolve any further instances of any creations going missing, with the limit being 150 per player.
Restarting your PC / Console and the game may allow you to recover any previous content, but I'm afraid we don't have access so are unable to restore anything which is missing.
But there should not be any further instances of anything going missing following this update, but if there is please let us know so we can inform the team.
Thank you for your patience while this is looked into and sorry for the inconvenience caused!
Hello,
I have the same issue on Xbox Series X (Crossplay enabled). After I created my very first Creation it was showing under My Creations and a few minutes later it was gone. I created three more and one day later only one is still there, they can also be not found under their respective categories (rocket wingsuit race or bike tricks). What is the point of making creations if they vanish after a few minutes-hours? Please fix this, I really like that feature but it pointless right now. Will my creations come back or are they lost forever now?
Also, sometime there are no creations shown under a specific category at all. There'd be creations under bike races but not under bike tricks for example.
Hey, @chillracer, this issue was resolved in a previous patch. However, if you are experiencing this issue, please make sure that you have the latest patch (1.08) updated on your console. If you are still missing any of your creations, could you please share with us a short video clip of this behavior happening for you? I want to resurface this with the team to check further.
@ubi-smash yes I have Version 1.8 and of the four creations I've made (2 bike tricks, one bigwheel bike race and one rocket wingsuite race) only the bigwheel race is still there, the other three are gone.
I cannot make a video because they don't disappear immediately, they are available for a short while, at least half an hour and then they are gone. Also, I created the rocket race after I made the bigwheel, it disappeared the next day but as said, the bigwheel is still here. So it seems to not be depended on the order they were created.
@chillracer Thank you for the image and for confirming this information. I have passed it on to the dev team.
Once there is an update we will reach back out.
Thank you.
@ubi-viral it happened again, this time I took screenshots. I created a new Rocketwing Race (Chill Canyonlean):
And 27 minutes later it was gone:
The only creation that stayed so far is The River Race which I created 4 days ago, all others are gone. It also has some likes, does a creation need to get likes in a certain amount of time or otherwise it get's deleted?
Hey @chillracer
I wouldn't think it would require likes to stay and not be deleted that quickly. Thanks for sharing that information and the images. I'll add those to our report to the dev team so they can check if that is causing it to happen.
