I generally play solo and I only get a communicating, actually playing around winning, non-toxic team 1 match per 20 matches. I believe the toxicity and lack of rewarding for good behaviour is plaguing the game. R6 team should implement an honor system that rewards players who are positive towards players they haven't met their entire life. I think it is key that the system to be rewarding enough so that players would care and to be not exploitable by one's party members so they don't get those rewards real fast. An honor system like in League of Legends can even help the all chat toxicity as both teams could also rate their opponents. Though cross-team honoring didn't work out for LoL because people were just griefing their own team to get it, I'm sure R6 team could make it work. Because in my opinion, players are discouraged to play the game mostly because others are toxic towards them.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

They said the yare working on it but it has been over an year now, so nobody can say
@erkek2000 The reason I'm not playing the game currently is mainly due to toxicity and team killing. Rainbow Six is likely losing large portions of their community to team killing or toxicity related incidents.
Here's some of my potential solutions for the developers:
@ry_ver I agree, team killing is a lot more severe for the team in R6 unlike in other FPS games where you get 16-30 rounds. In Siege we only get a handful of rounds we can play, so if we get team killed we can theoretically lose 25% of the gameplay. I think punishment should be there for intentional team kills but there should also be rewards for people who apologize.
Hey there folks.
Thanks for taking the time to provide this detailed feedback on this subject. Our team is always looking for ways to improve player experience as much as possible. I'll pass your feedback on to the team regarding this.
Cheers!
