    I have AC Valhalla and I was paying it on the XBOX. I have the series X now and the game doesn’t update.
    Every time it says installation stop.
    I have uninstalled it, I have reset the console, I have power cycle it, I have done everything.
    I have re install the game offline, otherwise I won’t be able to install it again and I keep having the same issue.
    My internet works fine, so I don’t know what else to do. I basically bought a game that I can’t play, as I can’t not even use it anymore without the update, as it doesn’t launch because it need it.

    @gema in case someone else has the same issue, I solved it:
    uninstall the game
    then go to the store and look for the tittle
    open it and install it from there.
    And it works.

    Hi, I have the same problem, but I’ve got the physical game (so I think I can’t do the same thing you did). Any ideas?

    @OldBoyMR Can you please find Valhalla listed on your consoles store page and try to launch the game from there too? Please get back to us and let us know how it goes?

    If you are unable to launch the game after following this step, a video demonstrating this would be very helpful if you can upload one and share it with us, to show us the steps you are taking.
