Unsolved No voice dialog or subtitles on Xbox One

Hello,
I have just installed the game, I have no voice dialogs or subtitles. I have tried to change the audio settings as written on this forum, still no sound or subtitles
I have tried to download the language pack, I have still the error "The download of your Audio Language Pack has been suspended" when I'm trying to download the english pack.
Please help -

Would you be able to share a screenshot of your in-game audio settings with us so that we can take a closer look? Are you also able to provide an image showing any language packs that have already been downloaded/installed on your console please?
Your download for this language pack might have been interrupted, or it may be a regional issue depending on which region the game was purchased in.Official Response
