Mk3 optical camo not unlocking all the way

Achieved all upgrades in the order: final action, final ability (harder for people/drones to detect), and then final battery upgrade. The damage control perk that is supposed to unlock failed to do so. I saw other players with same issue as well

Yeah, I've been having trouble getting this myself. Otherwise, despite this one bad bit, the camo works very well for me.
