    Hallo ihr da draussen✌
    Ich spile AC Vahalla auf der Xboxone X und versuche nun schon seit Stunden den DLC "Zorn der Druiden" runterzuladen aber sobald ich X drücke um in den Shop zu kommen bekomme ich immer wieder zu lesen das ein Onlinedienst-Fehler gibt gefolgt von der Kryptischen Zahlenkolonne 0x90004002. Was bedeutet das?

    Cannot download Paris dlc . When I try I get the online service error above. Grateful assistance!

    Hey @m3ojisan

    I'm sorry to hear you are getting an error code when trying to download it. Downloads on Xbox go through Xbox servers and this looks similar to other Xbox error codes, so if the issue has been persisting for some time already, or continues into tomorrow, I would recommend reaching out to Xbox Support so they can look into this or they may already know a workaround for what you need to do.

    Hey all,

    Hope everyone is good and enjoy the world

    xbox one player

    I purchased the siege of Paris expansion yesterday and in the animus store it says owned, but there is no where to install it, when I try and click into the store I get a problem while trying to communicate with the store with the reference 0x90004002

    ive try to click into manage game from the home page and can’t find any options either

    have tried resetting my password
    power cycle
    restart

    Could someone please guide me to where I am being useless!!!

    Bonjour, voilà plusieurs jours que je ne peux télécharger le dlc alors que j’ai le season pass. Quand je vais dans le magasin depuis le menu du jeu, il me marque que le dlc est bien acquis, mais quand j’appuie sur X pr me rendre sur le store et télécharger, j’ai ce message d’erreur.

    For your problem (through the Valhalla app menu you go the PSStore and have the note it is owned but when you press X it shows this error : undefined [0x90004002] ) , did you tested :

    1. using the sub-menu for the extensions (see my post there : https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/103172/dlc-no-me-aparecen/6?lang=en-US&_=1635441204258 )
    2. directely from the PS Store and not by the "Valhalla app menu"
    3. did you tested after restauring licences ?


    Pour ton problème, as tu testé :

    1. en passant par le sous-menu des extensions (voir mon post ici : https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/103172/dlc-no-me-aparecen/6?lang=en-US&_=1635441204258 )
    2. en passant directement par le store PSN et non par le "menu PS Valhalla"
    3. as tu testé après une restauration des licences ?

    I noticed this has already been brought to your attention and it was brushed off. This is not an XBOX error code. It is Ubisoft. I tried to download the ACV Paris DLC and I am getting an online service error. 0x90004002. It was working last night no issues.

    Hey guys, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with downloading AC Valhalla Paris DLC.

    So that we could look into it, may I double-check the following:

    1. Is there any possibility you could share screenshot of the error message with us?
    2. Also, do you happen to be using Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S?
    3. Is your Xbox console full up to date?
