Vibration does not work on dualsense 5, what should I do?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@lololo27992 Hey there! What game are you having this issue with? I will transfer your thread to the appropriate Support section
@ubiblush Everything in the settings is turned on, but nothing works, even support for firing triggers
Been playing far cry 6 with a dualsense on pc. The haptic triggers work fine but I can't seem to get the normal rumble or vibration to work. From what I can tell there are quite a few people experiencing this issue. I am playing through uplay where i also play ac Valhalla with no issues so i believe it to be game specific
Hello @CrackaF3tt @jillyjames7 @OLDGREGG714
Thank you all for letting us know there's an issue with DualSense vibration when playing on PC.
Would you all able to check the steps outlined in our PC troubleshooting here.
Once this has been done, if you still encounter issues with FC6 and DualSense, can you let us know?
Thanks!
@ubi-nacho Thanks for getting back to me. I tried everything on the troubleshooting page and am still having the problem.
@ubi-nacho Adding myself to the list of people having this problem. Dualsense, via usb on PC. Adaptive triggers work, but no vibration anywhere in the game so far,
@jillyjames7 For me, Dual Sense actually works in general in the game (including the Rumble when shooting which some people haven't had).. However when taking damage sometimes from enemies, the controller will stop responding to inputs (and I will likely die in the game quickly when that happens). It's really frustrating. I can't seem to figure it out how to resolve this issue. I've tried two different dual sense controllers to no avail. When this issue occurs, my only option is to pause the game with ESC key, and go back in using mouse and keyboard after disconnecting the dualsense. I prefer to use the dualsense since I now game on my tv rather than at a computer desk.
Has anyone else had this issue? I was wondering if maybe the steam controller profile was the issue, so i tried again with no steam running - issue still occurs. Tried to use Ds4windows instead of just pluggin in through the game, and it thinks it's an xbox controller with xbox prompts, but the issue still occurs.
Yes adaptive triggers works fine but haptic feedback doesn't
@coltfantim yes for me the triggers vibrate when shooting fully automatic guns but the general vibration for the rest of the controller does not work
@lololo27992 Thank you for sharing that information! I am sorry that the vibration is not working on your controller for Far Cry 6. Could you please give this troubleshooting guide a try to test if it makes a difference? If it does not, please share an image of your in game settings for the controller. Thank you!
In addition, there are many situations in which vibration does not occur, such as rappel.
I've got all of my vibration levels set to max, and I get little to no vibration in game... One of the great things about the PS5 is the controller feedback, it seems like you guys haven't utilized it at all? I spent the first 15 minutes thinking my controller was broken!
@kngrhino Hey! Thank you for getting in touch about the amount of vibration in-game.
So we can look into this further for you, would you be able to provide us with a full screenshot of your in-game vibration settings please:
• Open the in-game menu and select the System tab.
• Choose Options, then Controls.
• Select Vibration and adjust the slider to your preference.
Thank you and we look forward to your reply.
Gros soucis sur PC en jouant à la manette, pas de vibration et tirer en mode visé ne fonctionne pas. Obligation de jouer en clavier souris !!!!!
