Unsolved Game is crashing with the error 'Application data is corrupted'

HELLO I have waited so much for this game and spent to have it, how after a year we can still have bugs? Corrupted data and impossible to properly finish the quest "an eventful awakening", I tried everything, safe mode, ps4 database rebuildĀ
I'm on ps4, I restarted the game at least 4 times, I deleted the app and therefore I suffered your update 1.3.2 TWICE, 52 GBĀ and I still can not evolve frankly that saddens me, please I would like a solution. thank youĀ
the quest after which is cruel fate located at Florli , it is this place that makes my game crash .... for the moment -

Can I just check if the quest you refer to actually called A Cruel Destiny? As I am unaware of the Cruel Fate name. Can I also ask what you are doing in this quest when it crashes for you each time?Official Response'Nothing goes over my head. My reflexes are too fast, I would catch it' ššØšØšØ

yes it is that name, I was wrong.
I do nothing, at the beginning it was when the quest "an eventful awakening" ended I was immediately teleported to florli; but a while ago I was able to make a quick trip to avoid staying there but I have to do this quest, as soon as I approach florli, the game crashes. and i noticed when the game automatically teleported me that the island has texture issues, it is bugged.
I will take pictures of where I am now and try to send them
I try to play as best I can. -

Can you please confirm what happens when the game crashes. Do you get the blue crash screen with an error code or does the screen freeze and you have to close the game?
Could you also provide a video demonstrating this issue.

@ryu837 Thanks for the screenshot showing the error that you receive. So it appears the the application data is corrupted. Usually if your save data was corrupted you would receive an error in game to notify you of this, this appears to be related to the game files that are installed from the disc.
I have looked into this issue and the common steps to try are uninstalling the game, rebuilding the database then reinstall the game which I understand you have already tried. As you have a disc version of the game could you please check the disc to ensure there are no marks or scratches on the disc. If the disc looks fine I would still recommend giving it a clean with a lint free cloth and then try again.
If the issue still persists could you try installing the game on another PS4 console if possible and play the game for up to an hour. If you don't experience any crashes could you then login to your profile on the same console and download your save from the PlayStation Cloud and try loading your save file and see if the game crashes again.Official ResponseāWe work in the Dark, to serve the Light. @ryu837 As I previously mentioned if the issue was related to your save data being corrupted you would generally receive an error in game notifying of you this, either to say your save file cannot be loaded or a failed to save error.
This error mentions that application data is corrupted which is the installation of the game on your console. Hopefully testing it on another console will help to see if its an issue with the game disc or your save data.Official ResponseāWe work in the Dark, to serve the Light. We are Assassins.āš¦

@ubi-keo hi, excuse the time taken to debrief you; so the problem has been solved when I remove the update I mean remove the application from the ps4 and after that I rebuilt the database in safe mode then after the ps4 has turned on again I I put the disc back and the application was installed again, version 1.0.0 And once in the game I noticed that my saves were corrupted but with version 1.3.2 the latest version of the game, the game did not report this.
so now i'm playing with version 1.0.0 with some small bugs and long loading times but at least i can play when after the last update i couldn't.
So I restarted the game and even though for the moment the quick saves work, I started the game now with manual saves.
I thank you very much for all your patience, your availability I did not think I would have an answer as is often the case on the forums of certain video game development studios and especially as quickly and especially I thought you were bots, lol

@ryu837 You're welcome and thanks for the update, I'm pleased to hear that you have been able to play the game again, however without having the latest update installed you may encounter bugs and glitches that were resolved in title updates that were released.
We are aware of an issue where some players save files are showing as corrupted after installing the 1.3.1 update and this is being investigated.
I would recommend installing the latest update again and then try loading the latest manual save that you have created to see if it works. However I understand that you may not wish to try this in case you encounter the issue again. I would also recommend creating at least three manual saves and keep overwriting the oldest manual save each time you save the game, this way you will always have a save to revert back to in case you encounter any issues.
